| ObjectiveThrough special surveys on occupational health technical service institutions at Grade A,B,and C in Jiangsu Province,excluding institutions that carry out radiological health evaluation and testing of medical establishments.The complete surveys had been carried in order to be in charge of the current situation of the institutions.We have studied from the following aspects of the occupational health technical service institutions:the distribution,the professional staff,the workplace,the laboratory,the business volume,the quality control of inspection and evaluation and so on,we evaluate the technical service quality and capabilities of institutions to strengthen institutional supervision and technical service levels.This work provided efference to optimize the allocation of occupational health technical service resources in Jiangsu Province and establish the premium service system.So as to promote the prevention of occupational diseases and provide all-round protection for workers.MethodsTo conduct on-site technical survey on all occupational health technical service agencies and practical operation ability tests,theoretical examinations,etc.To collect the survey datas and analyze the service capabilities of the institutions.Those can be classified according to the four categories,district,region,institution nature,and qualification level.Methods with the Microsoft excel software to analyze the data and use SPSS software to perform statistical analysis.Analyzing the current situation,main difficulties and problems of occupational health technical service institutions in Jiangsu Province through different perspectives and aspects.In order to put forward management countermeasures and suggestions.ResultsThere are a total of 84 qualified occupational health technical service institutions in Jiangsu Province,which have achieved full coverage at the municipal level.However,the number of institutions is uneven,with obvious differences among different regions.Class A institutions are all distributed in Nanjing,Suzhou has the largest number of institutions,and Suqian has the least number.The professional composition of professional and technical personnel is mainly in the field of inspection and engineering,and the professional title is mainly in the primary title.Different regions and categories of institutions have certain differences in personnel allocation,professional title and other aspects.The number of technical personnel in southern Jiangsu is the largest,accounting for 68% of the total number.Institutional laboratories have problems such as non-standard file management and lack of warning marks,etc.,and capacity building needs to be strengthened.There are great differences in the number of testing items passed the metrology certification by various institutions,and the lack of items in some institutions is more serious.The occupational-disease-inductive factor testing business volume is far higher than the evaluation business volume,with each organization completing an average annual business volume of 427.The average scores of professional and technical personnel in various institutions differ greatly in theory examination,their practical skills and operational ability tend to be balanced,and their professional level needs to be improved.Part of the organization management operation is not standard,quality system operation is a mere formality,the implementation of system documents are not strict and other problems.ConclusionJiangsu province has formed a reasonable occupational health technical service network,but uneven distribution,different category personnel equipped with a structural difference,region,quality management is non-standard wait for a phenomenon,should from the occupational health service resources,business training,professional level,quality supervision and management aspects of further strengthening measures,standardize services,Enhance service capacity. |
