| Objective:A set of "Health Exercise Before Getting Out Of Bed" was designed to observe the effect of this exercise on the difference of blood pressure between lie and stand up right now and the symptoms of Orthostatic Hypotension in the old people with orthostatic hypotension,so as to provide methods for the prevention of Orthostatic Hypotension when the old people get up in the morning.Methods:① Design of "Health Exercise Before Getting Out Of Bed":Through literature review,clinical investigation,group discussion and expert consultation,"Health Exercise Before Getting Out Of Bed" is formed.② Intervention study of"Health Exercise Before Getting Out Of Bed":Screening elderly people with Orthostatic Hypotension.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,42 old people with Orthostatic Hypotension were selected and randomly assigned to receive"Health Exercise Before Getting Out Of Bed" once a day for a month of cross-intervention.Respectively before the intervention,intervention after 2 weeks and 1 month after the intervention,using electronic sphygmomanometer,Orthostatic Hypotension,questionnaire,PHQ-9 depression screening scale,Pittsburgh sleep quality index questionnaire,Ability of Daily Living Scale scale,measure the lie,a blood pressure,symptoms of orthostatic hypotension,depression,sleep quality,daily life ability,weak,and so on and so forth.SPSS20.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.Results:①To form a set of "Health Exercise Before Getting Out Of Bed" for the elderly with Orthostatic Hypotension to prevent the symptoms of orthostatic hypotension when they get up.② "Health Exercise Before Getting Out Of Bed" has a good effect,making the difference between lie and stand up right now blood pressure of the elderly with Orthostatic Hypotension become smaller,dizziness,vision problems,weakness,fatigue,difficulty in concentrating and head and neck discomfort symptoms improve;The daily activity of the elderly with orthostatic hypotension was improved by short standing and short walking activities,but inability to change requires walking activities and inability to change requires standing for long periods of time.It can also improve depressive symptoms and sleep quality.Conclusion:"Health Exercise Before Getting Out Of Bed"can be used as a daily rehabilitation measure to prevent orthostatic hypotension when the old people get up in the morning. |
