Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of femoral interlocking intramedullary nail assisted by H-type fracture reduction lever in the treatment of femoral shaft fracture, and to analyze its advantages and disadvantages,so as to provide basis for clinical application. Methods: Seventy-four patients with closed femoral shaft fracture treated in the Department of Orthopedics and Arthroplasty of Shenzhen People’s Hospital from January 2016 to June 2020 who were eligible for inclusion and volunteered to participate in this study were selected.According to the different surgical methods, the patients were divided into the control group and the control group with H-type fracture reduction and femoral interlocking nail with “H” joystick. There were 24 patients with incomplete data and loss of postoperative follow-up,and 50 patients with complete data were enrolled. In the experimental group(24 cases)and control group(26 cases),the general information, fracture classification, operative time, blood loss, intraoperative fluoroscopy number, fracture healing time, successful closed reduction and incidence of postoperative complications, and knee HSS score of the patients were recorded, and the relevant data were statistically analyzed.RESULTS: Data analysis of patients in the experimental group and the control group was as follows: Compared between the experimental group and the control group, the intraoperative success rate of closed reduction(100% in the experimental group,73.1% in the control group),the operative time(162.58±28.26 in the experimental group,188.28±32.831 in the control group),and the amount of blood loss(112.50±41.52 in the experimental group,221.15±81.010 in the control group)were P<0.05,the difference was significant and statistically significant. In terms of knee HSS score of bone healing time,P>0.05 was compared between the two groups, and the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion: H-type joys-rod can optimizes the problem of closed reduction of femoral shaft fracture, and femoral interlocking intramedullary nail assisted by H-type joys-rod can achieve good curative effect in the treatment of closed femoral shaft fracture. Its advantages include improving the success rate of closed reduction, shortening the operation time and reducing the amount of intraoperative bleeding. With its simple structure, doctors can quickly adapt to it and operate it skillfully. It is easy to popularize, and it can make it easier for doctors to close the reduction of femoral shaft fracture, which has clinical significance.
