| Objective To investigate the curative effect and clinical value of bronchoalveolar lavage combined with high-frequency chest wall oscillation instrument in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)combined with community-acquired pneumonia(CAP).Methods The clinical data of 96 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with CAP were retrospectively analyzed, and the patients were divided into control group and combination therapy group(the group combined therapy of bronchoalveolar lavage and high-frequency chest wall oscillation)according to the treatment plan after admission.Compare the clinical symptoms and signs Improvement time, inflammatory biomarkers, results of blood gas analysis, hospitalization time, hospitalization expenses of the two groups. Results Compared with control group, the results of clinical symptoms and pulmonary rale, blood gas analysis, inflammatory biomarkers belonging to experimental group was better, but hospitalization time was shorter, the above-mentioned differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Though the fever time of experimental group was shorter,it wasn’t statistically significant. While the hospitalization expenses of experimental group was more,it was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined therapy of bronchoalveolar lavage and high-frequency chest wall oscillation in COPD complicated with CAP can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients and ventilation quality effectively, reducing inflammatory burden, and shorten the hospitalization time. But it costs more. |
