Objective: A retrospective investigation was conducted to analyze the related factors affecting the outcome of early recurrent abortion, and then provide clinical reference for the prevention and treatment of early recurrent abortion. Methods: A total of 134 patients with a history of early recurrent abortion were selected from the Department of Gynecology,Huayuanshan Gynecology,Hubei Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated to Hubei University of traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to December 2021,According to the outcome of fetal preservation, they were divided into two groups: successful group and failed group, and the complete case data were analyzed retrospectively. The age, body mass index, menstrual history, pregnancy history,pre-pregnancy recuperation, gestational weeks at the beginning of pregnancy protection,TCM syndrome type and western medicine etiology of the two groups were analyzed by single factor analysis, followed by multi-factor analysis,to find out the relevant factors affecting the outcome of calming the fetus.Results:1.Fetal outcome: among the 134 patients with early recurrent abortion,93 cases were successful, accounting for69.4%,and 41 cases failed, accounting for 30.6%.2.Age and placebo outcome: the age of patients in the successful group was between 21 and 42 years old, with an average age of 32.16 ±3.67 years, while that in the failure group ranged from 25 to 43 years old, with an average age of34.80 ±4.72 years old.3.Body mass index and placebo outcome: the BMI of the successful group was between 17.42 kg/m2 and 30.08kg/m2,the average BMI was 21.84 ±2.44 kg/m2;,the BMI of the failure group was between 17.19kg/m2 and 28.63kg/m2,and the average BMI was 22.75 ±2.61 kg/m2.4.Menstrual history and placebo outcome: there were 77 cases of regular menstrual cycle,16 cases of irregular menstrual cycle in the successful group,32 cases of regular menstrual cycle and 9 cases of irregular menstrual cycle in the failure group,11 cases of hypomenorrhea and 82 cases of non-hypomenorrhea in the successful group.there were 6 cases of hypomenorrhea and 35 cases of non-menorrhagia in the failure group.5.Pregnancy history and placebo outcome: 116 cases had 0 live births,11 cases had 1 live births,7 cases had 2 live births, the number of abortions in the successful group was at least2,the maximum was 6,and the average number of abortions was3.06 ±1.16.In the failure group, the number of abortions was at least 2 to 7,and the average number of abortions was3.63 ±1.44.The number of spontaneous abortion in the successful group was at least 2 and at most 5,and the average number of spontaneous abortion in the failure group was 2.37±0.73,while that in the failure group was at least 2 and6,and the average number of spontaneous abortion was 2.73±0.98.6.Pre-pregnancy recuperation and placebo outcome: there were 70 cases with conditioning before pregnancy and 23 cases without conditioning in the successful group,26 cases with conditioning before pregnancy and 19 cases without conditioning in the failed group.7.With or without abortion symptoms and placebo outcome at the beginning of fetal preservation: there were 30 cases with no abortion symptoms and 63 cases with abortion symptoms in the successful group,13 cases without abortion symptoms and28 cases with abortion symptoms in the failure group.8.Gestational weeks and placebo outcome at the beginning of fetal preservation: In the successful group, the minimum gestational week was 3 weeks, the maximum was 8 weeks, and the average gestational week was 4.55 ±1.06 weeks, while in the failure group, the minimum gestational week was 3 weeks, the maximum was 9 weeks, and the average gestational week was4.85 ±1.24 weeks.9.The distribution of TCM syndrome types and the outcome of calming fetus: the frequency of TCM syndrome types of success group and failure group were kidney deficiency syndrome, spleen and kidney weakness syndrome, blood stasis syndrome, blood heat syndrome and qi and blood deficiency syndrome from high to low. There were 73 cases of kidney deficiency syndrome and 20 cases of non-kidney deficiency syndrome in the successful group,28 cases of kidney deficiency syndrome and13 cases of non-kidney deficiency syndrome in the failure group.10.Etiological distribution and placebo outcome of western medicine: there were 40 cases in the successful group and 21 cases in the failure group. The most common known causes in the two groups were endocrine and immune factors.11.Univariate analysis showed that there were statistical differences in age, times of abortion, times of spontaneous abortion and recuperation before pregnancy between the two groups.finally, multivariate analysis showed that the number of spontaneous abortion and conditioning before pregnancy had an impact on the outcome of placebo.Conclusion:1.The number of spontaneous abortion has an impact on the outcome of early recurrent abortion, and the success rate of placebo decreases with the increase of the number of spontaneous abortion.2.Pre-pregnancy recuperation is helpful to improve the success rate of early recurrent abortion,so it is of great significance to manage RSA patients before pregnancy.3.Among the TCM syndrome types of patients with early recurrent abortion, kidney deficiency syndrome is the most common, followed by spleen and kidney weakness syndrome and blood stasis syndrome.4.The most common causes of early recurrent abortion in western medicine are endocrine factors and immune factors.
