Study On Clinical Efficacy Of Hyaluronic Acid Injection In Selective Areas Of The Glans In The Treatment Of Premature Ejaculation

Objective To investigate the Safety and efficacy of hyaluronic acid injection in different areas of the glans in treatment of premature ejaculation.Methods This study recruited patients with PE who visited the Andrology Clinic of our hospital and healthy men who came to our hospital for treatment.After completing the scale assessment and glans sensitivity test,the participants were divided into a Whole area injection group(30 cases),and Local area injection group(30 cases),according to include and exclude standards.Recording the duration of each procedure and postoperative adverse reactions.All patients were followed up for at least 3 months.Results Compared to preoperative,The IELT of patients who take Whole area injection was prolonged for 3.61 times after 1 month of injection,and The IELT of patients who take Local area injection prolonged for 3.67 times,both groups show a significant difference after 1 month of injection(P<0.01).What’s more there was no statistically significant difference between the Whole area injection and Local area injection groups(P>0.01).Compared to preoperative,All the patients show a significant improvement after 1 month of injection in PEDT scale score.What’s more there was no statistically significant difference between two groups(P>0.01).The injection duration in Whole area injection group is 27.29±1.24 min,5 cases reported that the operation pain was intolerable during the operation,4 cases of postoperative glans skin hemorrhage,and 3 cases of postoperative glans swelling.The injection duration in Local area injection group is 10.55±0.47 min,no cases reported that the operation pain was intolerable during the operation,but 2 cases of postoperative glans skin hemorrhage.Conclusion Both Whole area injection and Local area injection can improve the IELT and PEDT scale score of patients within 1 month to 3 months after surgery,and the two injection methods have no obvious difference.Compared to Whole area injection,the Local area injection requires shorter operation time,less pain tolerance during surgery,and possibly less postoperative bleeding...
