| [Objective]We treated the experimental group with Qiang Guyin and the control group with celecoxib,observed the VAS pain score,WOMAC joint function score,clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine and the levels of serum inflammatory factors IL-1β,TNF-α and bone metabolism index PINP before treatment,at the end of treatment and 3 months after treatment.To further explore the clinical effect and potential mechanism of Qiang Guyin in the treatment of early and middle stage knee osteoarthritis,so as to provide theoretical guidance for the treatment of early and middle stage knee osteoarthritis patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis by traditional Chinese medicine,and promote the clinical promotion of this traditional Chinese medicine compound.[Methods]60 patients with early and middle-term knee osteoarthritis who met the inclusion criteria in the orthopaedic clinic and ward of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group took oral Qiang Guyin traditional Chinese medicine decoction,one dose a day,warm in the morning and evening,and four weeks as a course of treatment.The control group took celecoxib capsule 200 mg one day,and the course of treatment was the same as that of the experimental group.The knee VAS score,WOMAC joint function score,serum inflammatory factors IL-1β,TNF-α and bone metabolism index PINP were recorded before treatment,at the end of treatment and 3 months after treatment.[Results]Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS score,WOMAC score,inflammatory factors IL-1β,TNF-α and bone metabolism index PINP between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,the VAS score and womav score of the two groups decreased significantly at the end of treatment and 3 months after treatment,and there were differences between the same observation node groups(P<0.05).The experimental group was better than the control group.Compared with before treatment,the levels of serum inflammatory factors IL-1β,TNF-α in the two groups were significantly lower.There were differences between the groups at the same observation node(P<0.05).The experimental group was better than the control group;The level of bone metabolism index PINP in the experimental group increased significantly,but there was no significant change in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups at the same observation node(P<0.05).The experimental group was better than the control group.The score of TCM clinical efficacy in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]This study shows that Qiang Guyin is effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with kidney deficiency and blood stasis in the early and middle stages.It can effectively reduce patients pain,improve knee function and improve the quality of life.At the same time,explore the potential mechanism of Qiang Guyin in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Qiang Guyin can reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors IL-1β,TNF-α,improve the level of bone metabolism index PINP,reduce inflammatory reaction,maintain the dynamic balance of subchondral bone,and play a role in the treatment of early and middle stage knee osteoarthritis.The clinical effect of this prescription is significant without obvious side effects.It has a significant effect on the syndrome differentiation and treatment of knee osteoarthritis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type in the early and middle stage,which is worthy of popularization.. |
