| Hypericum attenuatum Choisy.is a herb of the genus Hypericum of the Garciniaceaen.It is widely distributed in Hubei,Gansu,Shandong,Guangdong,Guangxi and other places,which is commonly found in hillside Jungles.Hypericum attenuatum Choisy.is used to treat vomiting,hemoptysis,uterine bleeding and traumatic bleeding by the Tu Jia residents of Enshi in Hubei.Up to now,there are few researches on the chemical compositions and biological activities of the herb from the Western Hubei.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to enrich the diversity of its chemical composition and to provide more basis for resource development and further clinical application of traditional national medicine.Through a variety of column chromatography methods,17 compounds have been isolated from the whole plant of the Hypericum attenuatum Choisy.These compounds include phenolic acids,flavonoids,alkaloids and phenylpropanoids.Eight compounds(5?8,11,12,15,17)were isolated from Hypericum attenuatum Choisy.for the first time.The fungus Stachybotrys chartarum is rich in secondary metabolites.At present,more than 300 species of the genus in fungi have been found worldwide.The metabolites of Stachybotrys chartarum include terpenoids,triisopentene phenols,polyketones,these compounds have antibacterial,anti ? viral,anti ? malaria,insecticidal and promoting neurological growth activities.Stachybotrys chartarum was isolated from soil and its chemical compositions have been investigated.6compounds(18?23)were isolated from the fermented rice of Stachybotrys chartarum.The antioxidant activity of compounds 1?17 were evaluated by DPPH method.Except for compounds 1 and 10,the experimental results show that the antioxidant activity of the other compounds varies with concentration.Among them 2,6,13,14,15 all showed good antioxidant activity,and the comparison of them 15>14>13>6.In addition,the antibacterial activity of compounds 18?23 were evaluated with the pathogenic bacteria Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Erysipelas and Streptococcus suis,and cefpirome sulfate was used as a positive control.Measure the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)by the microporous dilution method,and the results showed that none of these compounds had antibacterial effects except 23 has a slight inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus. |
