| Objective:Through the observation and study of clinical cases,explore the pre-training intervention effect of Yu lin zhu yun formula on the women with the history of embryonic death that belongs to Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type that wanting to be Pregnancy again.Compare the scores of TCM symptoms,the degree of illness and the level of hormone after the second pregnancy between the two groups,probe into the clinical effect of Yu lin zhu yun formula on pregnancy success rate after a history of embryonic death,to provide therapeutic basis for the clinical treatment of Chinese medicine to stop embryonic developmentMethod:Select the patients who visited the female reproductive clinic of Henan Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,at least once embryonic death that belongs to Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type during the period from June2019 to December 2019.Using SPSS 21.0 software to generate random numbers,cases were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,each group was 40 cases.The Intervention group was treated with Yu lin zhu yun formula before pregnancy preparation for 3 months,and keep trying for 6 months,after pregnancy was treated with Bao tai formula and Dydrogesterone Tablets,from the beginning of intrauterine pregnancy until 12 weeks;The control group was not interpose before pregnancy preparation,after pregnancy they were treated as the same as the intervention group.Compare the TCM symptom score and hormone level between the two groups,evaluate the difference of the pregnancy success rate and follow up the pregnancy outcome.Results:（1）The total effective rate of pre-pregnancy intervention group was 92.1%.（2）There were significant differences in TCM symptom score and disease grade before and after treatment in intervention group（P<0.05）.（3）There were significant differences between intervention group and control group in TCM symptom score and condition classification before pregnancy test（P<0.05）.（4）There were significant differences in TCM symptom score and condition grade between intervention group and control group（P<0.05）.（5）The serumβ-HCG,P and E2levels in 6 and 10 week of pregnancy between the intervention group and the control group were significantly different（P<0.05）.（6）35 cases of successful pregnancy and 3 cases of miscarriage in the intervention group,23 cases of successful pregnancy and 14 cases of miscarriage in the control group,there were significant differences in the success rate of pregnancy preservation between the intervention group and the control group（P<0.05）.（7）Safety indicators:safety inspections were performed before and after treatment in the two groups,and there was no abnormality.Conclusion:（1）Yu lin zhu yun formula pre-pregnancy intervention can improve the pre-pregnancy and pregnancy symptoms of the patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and can increase the success rate of fetal protection.（2）The effect of pre-pregnancy intervention plus post-pregnancy foetus protection is better than that of post-pregnancy foetus protection,which has the value of clinical popularization.（3）The idea of“Pre-training”can be applied to the prevention and treatment of abortion. |
