Clinical Study On Treatment Of Placenta Previa With Guyuan Anchuan Decoction

Objective:Juyuan Antai Decoction was used to treat placenta previa.Through clinical observation and evaluation of the safety and effectiveness of the treatment,the improvement degree of clinical symptoms and the influence on placenta position were discussed.The patients should be treated before disease to reduce the occurrence of placenta previa,so as to provide a basis for clinical application.Methods:From December 2019 to December 2020,68 pregnant women with placenta previa who came to our department were selected and divided into treatment group and control group by random number table.The treatment group was given Juyuan Antyetang Granule orally,1 dose a day,200ml of boiled water,divided into two warm doses;The control group was given Gushen Anfetal pills orally,1 time,1 bag,3 times a day.One course of treatment（4 weeks）was observed.The placenta position,serum estradiol（E2）,progesterone（P）,adrenocorticotropic hormone（ATCH）,testosterone（T）and TCM syndrome scores of patients were recorded by B-ultrasound before and after treatment.SPSS22.0 software was used for statistical analysis to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Junyuan An Fet Decoction.Results:（1）In the treatment group,placenta position was restored to normal in 30 cases and not in 3 cases,with a cure rate of 90.91%.Placenta position was increased in 33 cases,and the improvement rate was 100%.In the control group,23 cases returned to normal placenta position and 10 cases did not,with a cure rate of 69.70%.In 33 cases,3 cases had no change in placenta position,with an improvement rate of 90.91%.In other words,the normal placenta position of patients in the group of Juyuan Antai Decoction was significantly better than that in the group of Gushen Antai pill（P<0.05）,thus reducing the incidence of placenta previa.（2）The TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P<0.05）,indicating that Juyuan Antai Decoction significantly improved vaginal bleeding or abdominal pain and falling,waist and knee pain and weakness,and alleviated the symptoms of spleen and kidney qi deficiency,such as fatigue,shortness of breath and fatigue,compared with Gusen Antai pill.（3）The comprehensive efficacy of the two groups:The effective rate of the treatment group was 96.97%,and that of the control group was 75.76%.Combining the placenta position and syndrome score,Juyuan An Fet Decoction improved the symptoms and signs of patients with placenta previa to different degrees.Compared with the control group,the efficacy was exact（P<0.05）,which was feasible for clinical promotion.（4）Comparison of laboratory indicators:serum E2 and P were significantly increased in the two groups after treatment compared with before treatment（P<0.05）,indicating good fetal development in utero and good test safety;After treatment,there were no significant differences in serum E₂,P,ATCH and T between groups（P>0.05）.Conclusion:Early intervention of Juyuan Antai Decoction in placenta previa can significantly enhance placenta position and alleviate clinical symptoms.No adverse events occurred in the study of this project,with good safety and feasible clinical promotion;Adapting measures to individual conditions and syndrome differentiation,tonifying the kidney and invigorating the spleen,invigorating qi and pacifying the fetus have significant effects on improving placenta position and reducing TCM syndrome scores of patients.In the treatment,the academic idea of"treating the disease without symptoms"should be applied,and protection should be strengthened when there are no symptoms.The existing clinical symptoms should be coordinated and specimens should be taken into account.The idea of preventing disease before disease and preventing disease change is worth popularizing to guide clinical practice.
