Objective:To conduct a systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized clinical trials related to the study to estimate the effectiveness and safety of different treatment regimens in treating patient with moderate to severe psoriasis.Methods : In Pubmed,EMBASE,Cochrane Library and other databases,retrieve randomized controlled trials of different treatment regimens to treat psoriasis in children.Results:A total of 6 randomized controlled trials met the meta-analysis criteria,of which the efficacy of etanercept was better than the placebo group and the incidence of adverse reactions was low;the efficacy of the adalimumab 0.8mg/kg group was better than that of the adalimumab 0.4mg/kg group,it was better than the methotrexate group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was low;the efficacy of cyclosporine combined with acitretin treatment was better than that of the cyclosporine treatment group,and the adverse reactions were lighter than the control group.Etanercept and adamumab are effective and safe in the treatment of psoriasis in children.The combination of tretinoin and cyclosporine is effective in the treatment of severe psoriasis,but the side effects are mild.Conclusion: Etanercept and adamumab are effective and safe in the treatment of psoriasis in children.The combination of tretinoin and cyclosporine is effective in the treatment of severe psoriasis,but the side effects are mild.
