| Objective: This research aims to construct an evaluation index for the quality of care for the elderly in the special care unit for dementia under the unique social and cultural environment of our country,which provide an objective basis for the evaluation of care quality and corresponding theoretical references for government departments to establish industry standards for dementia care.Methods: This study is based on a three-dimensional quality model,using evidence-based nursing methods,comprehensively the database of domestic and foreign related to the quality of dementia special care unit elderly care quality guidelines and systematic reviews from creating the database to July 2020.We use AGREEII,OQAQ scales to evaluate literature quality and extract relevant indicators from the included literature.Then we classify the indicators and construct an indicator system through group discussion.Using the Delphi method,the preliminary indicator system was sent to selected experts in the form of e-mail,and the collected data was statistically analyzed using Excel 2016 and SPSS 24.0.After two rounds of expert consultation,an evaluation index system for the quality of care for the elderly in the special care unit for dementia was finally formed.Results: 1.Through the systematic search a total of 2873 articles were retrieved,including 1353 records of guidelines and 1520 articles of systematic review.After screening and quality evaluation,a total of 22 articles were included,including 2guidelines and 20 systematic reviews.2.In the end,a total of 16 experts participated in this study.The data obtained after passing the two rounds of Delphi method showed that the effective recovery rates of the two rounds of expert letter questionnaires were 94.1% and 100%.The average authority coefficient of experts was 0.89,and the degree of concentration was between 4.31 and 5,and the full score frequency K value is from 75% to 87.5%.After two rounds of expert letter inquiries,the Kendall coefficient value is 0.11,and the significance test is P<0.05.3.This study finally constructed an evaluation index system for the quality of care for the elderly in the dementia special care unit consisting of 3 first-level indicators,9second-level indicators,and 53 third-level indicators.Conclusions: An index system for evaluating the quality of care for the elderly in the special care unit for dementia was constructed,with a total of 3 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators,and 53 third-level indicators.It provides a basis for the establishment of standards for the quality of care for the elderly in the special care unit for dementia in my country,and that promotes the development of dementia care. |
