| Objective:To evaluate the effect of cervical lifting suture on blood loss, blood transfusion, hysterectomy rate,ICU occupancy rate and postoperative hospital stay in cesarean section with pernicious placenta previa.Method: From January 2018 to December 2020,a total of 57 patients with pernicious placenta previa(transabdominal ultrasound risk score ≥ 10 points)were hospitalized and terminated in Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University. The basic clinical data, intraoperative and postoperative data were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were terminated by cesarean section through uterine segment transverse incision.According to the operation method, the patients were divided into two groups,including29 patients with cervical lifting suture as the observation group, and 28 patients with other suture as the control group. The history and treatment process of the patients were reviewed, and the patients were followed up to supplement the relevant information. The pregnancy times, labor times, age, the time of termination of pregnancy from the last cesarean section, the time of termination of pregnancy, preoperative ultrasound risk score and other general conditions, intraoperative blood loss, operation time, blood transfusion, intraoperative hysterectomy and postoperative hospital stay,ICU hospitalization rate and total hospitalization expenses were compared between the two groups.Results:1.There were no significant differences between the observation group and the control group in pregnancy times, labor times, age, the time of termination of pregnancy from the last cesarean section, the time of termination of pregnancy, preoperative ultrasound risk score and operation time(P>0.05).2.In the observation group, hospital stay after cesarean section, the total cost of hospitalization, the amount of blood loss and blood transfusion, the hysterectomy rate were significantly less than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:cervical lifting suture has good hemostatic effect in cesarean section of severe Pernicious placenta previa(PPP),which can significantly decrease the economic cost of patients, hospital stay after cesarean section,ICU occupancy rate and hysterectomy rate. |
