Objective:To study the relationship between the clinical features and life factors of meningioma from many aspects,in order to improve the prevention and efficacy of the disease and prolong the recurrence time.It is hoped that by referring to the data in recent years, the research progress of the relationship between clinical characteristics of meningioma and life factors at home and abroad in recent years will be compared and summarized,so as to provide more accurate recurrence risk prediction,so as to provide good suggestions for patients, guide management decisions, and stratify clinical trials. Methods: Retrospective analysis was used in this study. After screening, there were1638 patients eligible for inclusion. The general information of patients, such as gender, age and medical history, was collected through the hospital system inquiry. The clinical characteristics of the tumor, such as WHO grade, tumor size(cm),tumor location, adhesion to tissue, texture, were also collected. After coding,SPSS 21.0 software was used to analyze the data.Firstly, all factors and indicators were put into the bivariate correlation analysis, and Pearson correlation(double-tailed significance test)was selected.Chi-square test and t-test were performed for relevant factors(the results were expressed by Mean±SD and Median). Results proved to be positive were then analyzed by linear regression, binary logistic regression and ordered multiple logistic regression.P< 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: Regression analysis between PR expression level and tumor volume B =-19.335,P =0.017.The regression analysis results of tumor progesterone level and tumor WHO grading were B =1.411,P <0.001.The analysis results of PR expression level and tumor location were B=-0.462,P =0.003.PR expression level and tumor maximum diameter analysis results were B =-0.351,P =0.023.The results of gender and tumor volume analysis were B=-25.971,P <0.001.The results of gender and tumor maximum diameter analysis were B =-0.656,P <0.001.The maximum diameter analysis results of hypertension and tumor were B=-0.437,P =0.005.The results of gender and WHO classification analysis were B=0.56,P =0.017.The results of location 1 analysis of diabetes and tumor were B=0.611,P =0.02.Conclusion: The higher the level of progesterone receptor expression, the smaller the tumor size. The maximum tumor diameter of male patients was larger than that of female patients, and the maximum tumor diameter of hypertensive patients was smaller than that of non-hypertensive patients. The lower the expression level of progesterone receptor, the larger the maximum tumor diameter.Male patients had higher tumor WHO grade than female patients, and the higher the tumor progesterone receptor expression level was,the higher the tumor WHO grade was.The higher the level of progesterone expression, the more likely the tumor was to occur in the midline. In patients with diabetes, tumors tend to occur on the convex side of the brain.
