Drug safety has been a hot topic in the medical industry.In recent years,the government and relevant organizations have gradually established and standardized the drug safety management system to solve the safety problems.However,drug safety incidents are still emerging in an endless stream.In order to ensure the safety of consumers,a safe and reliable traceability system is urgently needed to strengthen the supervision of drug supply chain and severely crack down on the production and sale of fake drugs.The traditional traceability systems usually have the problem that the supply chain nodes do not trust each other,which leads to the flow of drug information blocked and the information stored in the databases to be tampered with.The features of blockchain decentralization,anti-tampering and traceability are suitable for data traceability.However,the public chain in the traceability system based on blockchain has the disadvantage of low transaction processing performance,and the private chain has the problem of node attack risk or collective evil leading to data insecurity on the chain.To solve the problems of low transaction processing performance and insecure data on the chain by using a public chain or a private chain,in this paper,we design a double chain mechanism based on the combination of public chain and private chain.The private chain is used to package and verify the traceability transaction and operate on the consensus chain.It is anchored to the Ethereum,and the block information of private chain stored in the public chain is used to ensure the security of the data in the private chain.The double chain mechanism not only improves the transaction processing performance and guarantees the security of the system,but also effectively protects the privacy of users.Aiming at the problems of data tampering and information island in the traditional drug traceability system,in this paper,we design and implement a medical drug transaction traceability system based on the dual chain mechanism.The data storage layer is composed of blockchain,My SQL database and IPFS system.According to the drug traceability demand,we study the five types of subjects involved in the system and design the functional modules of regulatory departments,supply chain enterprises,consumers and so on.The supervision department module is mainly responsible for managing system users.The supply chain enterprise is mainly responsible for submitting traceability data information.And the consumer module provides query and data verification mechanism.The authenticity of the query information is guaranteed by comparing the data stored in the blockchain with the data queried.The medical drug transaction traceability system based on the double-chain mechanism proposed in this paper not only solves the problem of data storage security,but also improves the system transaction processing performance.At the same time,it can prevent data tampering effectively and trace the whole process of drug transaction,which provides a strong guarantee for drug safety supervision and helps the supervision department to hold accountable.It has great social significance and application value.
