| ObjectiveA new type sleep monitoring consists of motion radar and blood oxygen saturation ring,sleep monitoring were performed in patients with OSAHS,to explore the clinical value of the new type monitoring.MethodIn this study,the data of patients with snoring in the first Hospital of Yinchuan City from September 2018 to December 2020 were collected,90 OSAHS patients diagnosed by standard polysomnography(PSG)were divided into two groups,40 mild to moderate and 50 severe OSAHS.Standard PSG and new type monitoring were performed at the same time in all subjects.General data were recorded include age,sex,height,weight,body mass index,Epworth sleepiness scale(ESS),neck circumference.PSG indicators were collected include sleep time,sleep efficiency,average blood oxygen saturation(MSaO2),minimum blood oxygen saturation(LSaO2),oxygen reduction index(ODI),AHI and so on.The new type monitoring results were recorded included obstructive and hypopnea events,longest apnea and hypopnea time,total respiratory events,total proportion of awakening period,total proportion of eye movement period,total proportion of light sleep period,total proportion of deep sleep period.The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS and Graph Pad statistical software,and the clinical application value of the new sleep monitoring was evaluated by comparing the difference,consistency and sleep interference of the two sleep devices in the diagnosis of OSAHS.Results1.In 90 patients with OSAHS,There were significant difference in the total number of central apnea,the number of mixed events,LSaO2,ODI,the total proportion of awakening,the average heart rate,the maximum heart rate and the minimum heart rate(P<0.05),the above indexes measured by the new type monitoring were lower than the standard PSG.There were significant difference in the times of oxygen reduction,the total proportion of eye movement,the total proportion of light sleep and the total proportion of deep sleep(P<0.05),the above indexes measured by the new type monitoring were higher than the standard PSG.There were no significant difference in AHI,obstruction and hypopnea events,longest apnea and hypopnea time,total respiratory events,MSaO2,sleep time,sleep efficiency(P>0.05)2.In mild and moderate groups,There were significant difference in the average heart rate,maximum heart rate and minimum heart rate(P<0.05),the above indexes measured by the new type monitoring were lower than the standard PSG.There were significant difference in AHI,obstructive and hypopnea events,longest apnea and hypopnea time,total respiratory events,oxygen reduction,total proportion of light sleep,total proportion of deep sleep(P<0.05),the above indexes measured by the new type monitoring were higher than the standard PSG.There was no significant difference in the total number of central apnea,the number of mixed events,MSaO2,LSaO2,ODI,the total proportion of awakening period,the total proportion of eye movement period,sleep time and sleep efficiency(P>0.05).3.In the severe group,There were significant difference in the longest apnea and hypopnea time,the total number of central apnea,the number of mixed events,ODI,average heart rate,maximum heart rate and minimum heart rate(P<0.05),the above indexes measured by the new type monitoring were lower than the standard PSG.there were significant difference in the total proportion of eye movement,the total proportion of light sleep,the total proportion of deep sleep(P<0.05),the above indexes measured by the new type monitoring were higher than the standard PSG.There was no significant difference in AHI,obstruction and hypopnea events,total respiratory events,MSaO2,LSaO2,total proportion of awakening period,sleep time and sleep efficiency(P>0.05).4.The new type monitoring with high comfortable which has less interference to normal sleep.Conclusion1.Compared with standard PSG,The new type monitoring has better diagnostic consistency and can be used in the diagnosis of clinical OSAHS patients,especially in patients with suspected severe OSAHS2.The new type monitoring has the advantages of simple operation,good comfort and little interference to sleep. |
