Objective:To perform three-dimensional reconstruction and comparison of measurement analysis and comparison of the middle and lower maxillofacial morphology of patients with unilateral complete cleft lip and palate(UCLP)on the cleft side and the non-cleft side during the replacement period,and study the replacement period The different maxillofacial morphology of the middle and lower parts of UCLP patients after surgery is expected to provide more theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of maxillofacial deformities of UCLP patients after dentition.Methods:A total of 20 dentistry UCLP patients(average 10.7±1.64years)who were treated at the Stomatological Hospital of Hebei Medical University from January 2015 to December 2020 were selected as the case group;A total of 20 non-cleft lip and palate patients(average 9.65±1.76 years old)treated in the Stomatological Hospital of Hebei Medical University served as the control group;the enrolled patients underwent cone beam computed tomography(CBCT)examination and CBCT Imported into the image processing software MIMICS 19.0 in Dicom data format for 3D reconstruction of the maxillofacial region;Imported the 3D reconstructed STL file into the image processing software UG NX 12.0 to perform fixed-point measurement of each landmark of the 3D model;use SPSS 23.0 for statistics The software performs statistical analysis on the measurement data,and compares the difference in the morphology of the middle and lower maxillofacial between the left and right sides of the control group and the cleft side and the non-cleft side of the control group and the case group.Results:1.Among the vertical distances from the mark points with the same names on the left and right sides of the control group to the sagittal plane,the difference between Iof point,Zy point,Id point,Idc point,and Cor point was statistically significant(P<0.05);In the vertical distance,the difference of Zm point,Mx point and Co point was statistically significant(P<0.05);in the vertical distance to the coronal plane,the difference of the landmark points with the same name was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.In the vertical distances from the non-cleft side of the case group and the control group to the sagittal plane,the difference between Spc point,Spm point,Or point,Zm point,Idm point,Go point,and Mf point was statistically significant(P<0.05);in the vertical distance to the horizontal plane,the difference of Spr point,Spc point,Bc point,Go point,Sig point is statistically significant(P<0.05);in the vertical distance to the coronal plane,Spr point,Spc point,The difference of Or point,Iof point,Zm point,Zy point,Bc point,Id point,Idm point,Go point,Sig point,Cor point,Mf point was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Among the vertical distances from the fissure side of the case group and the control group from the marks of the same name to the sagittal plane,the difference between Spr point,Spc point,Spm point,Or point,Zm point,Sig point,and Mf point was statistically significant(P<0.05);In the vertical distance to the horizontal plane,the difference between Spr point,Spc point,Spm point,Bc point,Idc point,Idm point,Go point,Sig point,Cor point is statistically significant(P<0.05);to the coronal plane Among the vertical distances,there are statistical differences between Spr point,Spc point,Spm point,Or point,Zm point,Zy point,Mx point,Bc point,Id point,Idc point,Idm point,Go point,Sig point,and Co point Significance(P<0.05).Conclusions: 1.The mandibular face of the UCLP patients in the dentition stage has varying degrees of width,height and depth;2.Three-dimensional reconstruction and measurement analysis of UCLP patients can facilitate the observation of abnormalities of maxillofacial morphology. |
