Objective: Activated Calcium Phosphate Fluoride Complex toothpaste(ACPF)is a new type of remineralized toothpaste, which can quickly release calcium and phosphorus ions and deposit them on the enamel surface, which is beneficial to the non-invasive treatment of early caries. At present at home and abroad, there are many clinical studies on the remineralization effect of casein phosphopeptide-amorphous calcium phosphate(CPP-ACP)toothpaste and bioactive glass toothpaste(NOVAMIN,ACTIMINS),but there is no study on this new type of toothpaste. This experiment to explore mineralization toothpaste containing Activated Calcium Phosphate Fluoride Complex under different conditions of in vitro release properties of calcium, phosphate and fluorine ion.Compare with casein phosphopeptide-amorphous calcium phosphate toothpaste and bioactive glass toothpaste the two mineralization toothpaste in vitro release characteristics, from ion dissolution situation, total amount and ultrasonic oscillation. The purpose is to explore the release of calcium, phosphorus and fluoride ions in these three types of toothpaste, and to provide a strong basis for the study of enamel remineralization.Methods:1.Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)and fluorine ion selective electrode(F-ISE)were used to detect the cumulative release amount of calcium, phosphorus and fluoride ions in We-Remin orthodontic(ACPF)within 8 hours under different acidity and temperature conditions.2.Taking CPP-ACP,NOVAMIN,ACTIMINS and ACP 1g into the beaker bottom, add deionized water with a pH value of 5,then put into the37℃ water bath shaker, filter it with 0.2 micron membrane at 0.5,2,4,5,6,8hours,measure fluoride ion release with F-ISE,and measure calcium and phosphorus ion release with ICP-MS.3.Taking 0.1g of each toothpaste, put into a microwave digestion tube, and ICP-MS was used to measure the total amount of calcium and phosphorus in each toothpaste after microwave digestion.4.Taking 0.1g of each toothpaste, put into a centrifuge tube, added with37℃ deionized water, then put into a 37 ℃ water bath ultrasonic pot.After3 minutes of ultrasound,ICP-MS and F-ISE were used to detect the release of calcium, phosphorus and fluoride. Results: 1.In the experiment to explore the ion release of ACPF at different temperatures and different acidity, under the condition of 37℃pH5,the release of calcium and fluorine ions in ACPF was highest, but the release of phosphorus ion is lowest and irregular.2.In the study of different toothpastes under the same test condition experiments, the cumulative release of calcium ion in ACPF was the highest, the cumulative release of phosphorus ion in CPP-ACP was the highest, and the cumulative release of fluorine ion in Novamin was highest.3.In an experiment measuring the total amount of calcium and phosphorus ions in each type of toothpaste. After microwave digestion, the total amount of calcium ions in ACPF was the highest and the total amount of phosphorus ions in CPP-ACP was the highest.4.In the ultrasonic vibration experiment, the calcium ion release of ACPF was the highest, while the phosphorus ion release of CPP-ACP was the highest.Fluoride ion release of Novamin was higher than that of ACPF.Conclusion:In this experiment, the cumulative release of calcium, phosphorus and fluorine ions of ACPF was the highest under the condition of 37℃ and pH5.Compared with the three kinds of toothpaste with the function of remineralization,ACPF has the highest release amount of calcium ion.The release of phosphorus ion in CPP-ACP was the highest.Bioglass toothpaste releases the least amount of calcium and phosphorus ions.
