Objective: To detect the expression of EGFR and LRIG1 in BCC and to investigate the possible role and significance of the two proteins in the development of BCC。Methods:1.Immunohistochemistry: The expression of EGFR and LRIG1 proteins in 38 BCC tissues and 15 corresponding normal skin tissues adjacent to BCC were detected to compare the differences and the differences of combined detection。2.Statistical analysis: SPSS 26.0 software was used for analysis,and the mean±standard deviation(x ± s)was used for measurement data,and t-test was used for comparison between groups.The data were expressed as number of cases and percentage(%),and the χ2 test or Fisher’s exact test was used for comparison between groups,and P < 0.05 indicated that the differences were statistically significant。Results: 1.38 cases of BCC tissues were positive for EGFR in 28 cases,the positive rate was 73.7%;15 cases of normal skin tissues adjacent to BCC were positive for EGFR expression in 5 cases,the positive rate was 33.3%.The comparison of the positive expression between the two was P<0.05,there was a significant difference;2.38 cases of BCC tissue were positive for LRIG1 in 6 cases,the positive rate was 15.8%;15 cases of normal skin tissue adjacent to the BCC were positive for LRIG1 expression in 11 cases,the positive rate was73.3%.The comparison of the positive expression of the two is P<0.001,there is a significant difference;3.according to the criterion of EGFR and LRIG1 positive,the expression of the two proteins in the same batch of tissue samples was analyzed.In BCC tissues,28 cases were EGFR positive and 6 cases were LRIG1 positive;5 cases were positive for EGFR expression in normal skin tissues adjacent to BCC,and 11 cases were positive for LRIG1 expression.The positive expression R of the two is-0.15,which is a negative correlation,the absolute value of R is 0.15,the correlation is weak;the comparison of the positive expression of the two is P<0.001,there is a statistical difference。Conclusions:1.The positive expression of EGFR in BCC tissue is significantly higher than that in normal skin tissues adjacent to cancer。2.The positive expression of LRIG1 in BCC tissues is significantly lower than that in normal skin tissues adjacent to cancer;3,LRIG1 may play the role of oncogene by inhibiting EGFR protein during the development of BCC。... |
