| Objective:There has been an increasing incidence of acetabular fractures,as well as a considerable increase in the number of patients needing surgery.However,due to the complex anatomical relationship,the operation is difficult,and after surgical treatment,the probability of complications is also high.In this paper,the displacement distance of anterior and posterior column of acetabular T-type and transverse type fractures was measured by three-dimensional reconstruction technique,and the difference of anterior and posterior column displacement was compared and analyzed to summarize the displacement rule of fracture fragments.Methods:The preoperative spiral CT scan data of 49 patients with acetabular T-type and transverse fractures were collected from the Trauma Emergency Center of the Third Hospital of Hebei Medical University from May 2015 to May 2019.Mimics20.0(Materialise,Belgium)software was used to reconstruct and generate a three-dimensional model.The spatial displacement distance of the anterior column and the posterior column on the fracture line was measured by software mirroring and statistical analysis was performed.Results: In patients with acetabular T-type fractures,the anterior column displacement distance was(17.49±9.69)mm,the posterior column displacement distance was(22.70±12.14)mm,and the difference between the anterior and posterior column displacement distances was statistically significant(P <0.05).According to the above statistics,the displacement distance of the posterior column is greater than that of the anterior column in patients with acetabular T-type fracture.In patients with acetabular transverse fractures,The anterior column displacement distance was(17.79±9.01)mm,the posterior column displacement distance was(20.27±10.09)mm,and the difference between the anterior and posterior column displacement distances was statistically significant(P< 0.05).According to the above statistics,the displacement distance of the posterior column is greater than that of the anterior column in patients with acetabular transverse fracture.Conclusion: In patients with transverse acetabular fractures and T-type fractures,anterior column displacement is less than posterior column displacement.The application of three-dimensional reconstruction technology can more accurately display the spatial parameters of fracture displacement.By measuring the displacement of the fracture,to a large extent,it can help clinicians to choose the appropriate surgical plan and guide the operation,this allows clinicians to reset the fractures with greater precision,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,in order to achieve a good surgical effect. |
