Objective Objective to clarify the epidemiological and genetic characteristics of New Coronavirus pneumonia in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,so as to provide scientific basis for controlling epidemic prevention and control, and provide scientific baseline data for the development and upgrading of New Coronavirus pneumonia vaccine. Methods 1: descriptive epidemiological study was used to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of confirmed cases in Japan from January 24,2020 to December 30,2020 and confirmed cases imported from abroad from March 24,2020 to September 15,2020.2:imported 71 cases of New Coronavirus pneumonia confirmed throat swab samples from abroad, and 2 swabs samples from local confirmed cases of New Coronavirus pneumonia. The results were confirmed by fluorescence quantitative PCR.Genome sequencing was carried out using COVID-19 whole genome capture technology and two generation sequencing. The sequence comparison and evolution analysis were carried out by DNAStar lasergene megalign v7.1.0 and phylosuite V1.2.1.The whole genome sequence was uploaded to the national genomics data center to identify the mutation(mutation)site. Results novel coronavirus pneumonia was diagnosed in 112 cases in January 24,2020,December 30,2020,7 cases of asymptomatic infection,1 cases of death,184 cases of imported cases from March 24,2020 to September 15,2020,2 cases of asymptomatic infection,no deaths and 1 cases of reactivation of Yang.A total of 19 clustered outbreaks were reported in the whole district, mainly for the internal transmission of the family. The school, community and work unit all appeared the aggregation cases. The local cases are mainly concentrated cases;with the development of the epidemic, the cases are mainly transmitted locally to foreign input. The epidemic situation covers 11 League(cities)of the autonomous region, accounting for 91.7% of the total number of autonomous region(cities). The first case in the reporting area is local case, and the case report area is Manzhouli, the port city of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Nm-032,nm-037,nm-040 belong to subtype B.1,which represents the possible European origin, which is spread in Europe and from Europe to the rest of the world;nmg-14 bys is subtype B.1.1,which may be mainly European;it means that the probability rate is spread from Europe to the rest of the world;nm-039 is b.1.1.1 subtype, which may be British;nmg-188 ys is b.1.283 subtype may from Japanese. The Manchurian strain is B.1.1 subtype, which may be mainly European origin. Conclusion 1.the epidemiological characteristics of COVID-19 pneumonia in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region are clustered. There is no significant difference in incidence rate between male and female inward and imported cases.2.In 2020,6 new crown virus strains were selected from overseas input cases, and the gene was confirmed as B genotype(L genotype),and the blood line might be European. The mutation sites of gene variation in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region are less.3.this study suggests that we should pay attention to the group epidemic in the prevention and control of the prevalence of covid-19.In addition to isolating patients,it is also important to track, screen and isolate people who have close contact with them.Especially for the healthy population in the epidemic area, self isolation is the key.(4)It is suggested that all feces of positive cases should be sampled and nucleic acid should be detected.Prevent the occurrence of re infection.(5)Manzhouli epidemic is caused by a new crown virus(a branch of European family with B genotype)imported from Russia. It was introduced by Russian immigration staff and has two communication chains. The communication channels are human, material human.
