Research On Emergency Management Of New Coronary Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention And Control In Xigang Public Security Bureau

In the face of the public health emergency of the new crown pneumonia epidemic that has severely impacted the daily work and life of the Chinese public,the Xigang Public Security Bureau and other police departments,as important strategic deployment and command units,need to face the crisis brought by the emergency.How to effectively fight the new crown pneumonia has become a topic that needs to be discussed in the work of the Xigang Public Security Bureau.In view of this,this article takes the fight against new coronary pneumonia as an example to study the emergency management of the Xigang Public Security Bureau.This article reviews the relevant literature on public emergencies,public incident emergency management and emergency policing at home and abroad.Based on emergency management theory and public crisis management theory,it uses questionnaire survey and interview analysis methods to deal with emergencies of Xigang Public Security Bureau.The current situation of the new crown pneumonia epidemic was studied,and the problems in the management of the epidemic response and the causes of the problems in the Xigang Public Security Bureau were comprehensively analyzed,and corresponding strategies were put forward for improving the emergency management of public emergencies in the Xigang Public Security Bureau.The investigation and research results show that the Xigang Public Security Bureau has deviations and omissions in the emergency response to the new crown pneumonia epidemic public incident in the implementation of the policies issued by the higher-level command center,insufficient pre-programmed police forces,poor internal and external information communication,and conflicts.Issues such as insufficient public opinion information management capabilities for public events.In order to further improve the efficiency of fighting the epidemic and emergency management,the Xigang Public Security Bureau should first improve the internal accountability system of the agency and create a perfect execution environment for the full implementation of policies.Second,improve the emergency management mechanism of the Public Security Bureau for public emergencies.Improve the coordination mechanism,improve the linkage effect between the various departments of the Xigang Public Security Bureau,increase the speed of response to emergencies,and focus on internal communication in emergency management,and finally improve the supervision of online public opinion and strengthen the supervision of public opinion As well as guidance,it is also necessary to establish a communication platform with the public.
