| Part 1 The value of high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging in detecting mild middle cerebral artery atherosclerotic plaque in the evaluation of infarct types ObjectiveAnalyze the high-resolution magnetic resonance(HRMRI)imaging characteristics of the mildly stenotic middle cerebral artery plaque, and discuss the evaluation value of the middle cerebral artery atherosclerotic plaque to the type of infarction.Materials and methodsSelect 200 patients with middle cerebral artery atherosclerosis who were treated in Maoming City People ’ s Hospital from May 2018 to December 2019 as the research objects.According to their age, they were divided into middle-aged and young(age <60 years)and elderly Group(age ≥ 60 years old),100 cases in each group. Both groups of patients underwent HRMRI examinations, and measured the most stenosis of the middle cerebral artery, the vascular area and the lumen area of the reference part in the HRMRIT1-weighted imaging axial image, and calculated the degree of middle cerebral artery stenosis, plaque load percentage,Eccentricity index and negative reconstruction.ResultsGroup A PAI accounted for 69.44%,PI accounted for 19.44%,BZI accounted for 11.11%;group B PAI+BZI accounted for 36.36%,PAI+PI accounted for 9.09%,BZI+PI accounted for 27.27%,PAI+BZI+PI accounted for 27.27%.The degree of middle cerebral artery stenosis in group A was significantly lower than that in group B(P<0.05),and the plaque thickness was significantly smaller than that in group B(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in plaque length between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the distribution of plaques between the two groups(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference in the incidence of positive and negative remodeling of the M1 segment of the middle cerebral artery between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionThe degree of middle cerebral artery atherosclerosis stenosis is different, and the distribution of infarcts is significantly different.Among them, single infarction is mainly PAI,mixed infarction is mainly PAI+BZI,and mixed infarction may be related to increased plaque thickness and vascular stenosis. The degree is related, and the condition of mild middle cerebral artery atherosclerotic plaque has important value for the evaluation of the type of infarction.Part 2 Effect of age on vascular remodeling and plaque load in atherosclerotic middle cerebral artery stenosis based on HRMRI ObjectiveTo analyze the function of age on the remodeling of middle cerebral artery stenosis and plaque load based on high resolution magnetic resonance(HRMRI).Materials and methods200 patients who were treated with atherosclerosis in the brain in Maoming People’s Hospital were selected as the study samples, and the treatment time was from May 2018 to December 2019.According to their age, they were divided into young and middle-aged group(less than 60 years old)and elderly group(more than or equal to 60 years old),with 100 patients in each group.HRMRI was performed in each group of patients, and the area of the most narrow part of the middle cerebral artery, the vascular area of the reference part and the lumen area were measured in the axial image of high-resolution T1 weighted MRI.Meanwhile, the degree of stenosis of the middle cerebral artery, the percentage of plaque load, the eccentric index and the negative reconstruction of each group of patients were calculated.ResultsThe percentage of plaque load of the elderly group was(41.00±13.00)%,which was higher than that of young and middle-aged group, and the negative remodeling rate was 14.00%,which was lower than that of the young and middleaged group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The correlation of Pearson analysis showed that age was positively correlated with the percentage of plaque load(r=0.581,P=0.013).ConclusionArteriosclerosis patients with middle cerebral artery plaque load and remodeling have a certain relationship with age, through HRMRI technology can be better evaluated. |
