Research On The Utilization And Influencing Factors Of Medical Assistance Services For The People In Difficulties In Guangzhou

Purpose This research will design the survey indicators for the utilization of medical assistance services for the poor people in Guangzhou on the basis of extensive investigations,and conduct surveys on the poor people in Guangzhou.Through questionnaires,we obtain demographic data and utilization of medical assistance services for the poor people in Guangzhou,and analyze the collected data statistically to explore the deficiencies in the utilization of medical assistance services for the people in difficulties in Guangzhou and the factors.In response to emerging problems,we put forward feasible strategic countermeasures to provide a scientific basis for further improving the medical assistance system for the people in difficulties in Guangzhou.At the same time,it can also provide more mature medical assistance in other regions in the country with experience that can be used for reference,and promote China the process of socialized medical assistance can better solve the medical problems of the poor.Method The questionnaire survey was conducted in the form of offline questionnaires.11 districts in Guangzhou,2 streets in each district,33 people in difficulties in each street,totaling 726 people in difficulties were selected as the survey objects.The data collected by the questionnaire is used for descriptive analysis and hypothesis test analysis with the help of SPSS software.Results The utilization rate of medical assistance for all survey respondents was31.3%,of which the utilization rate of outpatient assistance was 21.1%,and the utilization rate of inpatient assistance was 14%.The four levels of the variable "the average monthly medical expenditure(yuan)of the family accounted for the proportion of the total family income" are statistically different(<0.05),and there is a very significant positive correlation.There is a statistical difference between the near level and the general level in the variable "service accessibility"(<0.05),and there is a significant negative correlation.There is a statistical difference in the variables of "self-rated health status" between very good,not very good and very bad(<0.05),and there is a significant positive correlation.Conclusion The utilization of outpatient assistance is restricted by personal conditions and the accessibility of health services.Policy awareness and satisfaction with medical assistance services promote the utilization of inpatient assistance.The utilization of inpatient assistance is more affected by economic and health conditions than the utilization of outpatient assistance.There are obvious regional differences in the level of medical assistance services in Guangzhou.Whether different types of needy people are affected by medical assistance are similar or not,improvement measures should be formulated for different groups.
