| Objective: This study aimed to discuss the expression level of miR-365 in the serum of patients with left aperitia hypertension and further analyze the correlation between the expression level and left aperitia hypertrophosis.Methods: A total of 57 patients with hypertension treated in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research subjects.The 28 patients complicated with left ventricular hypertrophy who had not taken any antihypertensive drugs were selected as the experimental group,and 29 patients with matched age and gender who were uncomplicated with left ventricular hypertrophy and had not taken any antihypertensive drugs were selected as the control group.Echocardiography and 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring were performed on all participants.The peripheral venous blood of the forearm in the morning fasting state was extracted,all the blood samples were collected by centrifugation,then stored in the-80℃ refrigerator,and the expression level of miR-365 in the serum of the subjects was determined by qRT-PCR method The t test of two independent samples was used to compare the expression levels of miR-365 in the serums of two groups of subjects,the left ventricular mass(LVM)in echocardiography,and levels of 24 hour mean systolic blood pressure(SDP)and 24 hour mean diastolic blood pressure(DBP)in 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure parameters.The differences of interventricular septal thickness(IVST),left ventricular posterior wall thickness(LVPWT),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and calculated left ventricular mass index(LVMI)were compared by non-parameter rank sum test.The correlation between the expression level of miR-365 in the serum and SBP,DBP,LVM was studied by using Pearson correlation analysis,and the correlation between the expression level of miR-365 in the serum and IVST,LVPWT,LVEDDLVMI was studied by using Spearman correlation analysis.The expression level of miR-365 in serum and LVMI,LVM,IVST,LVPWT and LVEDD were further analyzed by linear regression.Results:1 The clinical data of the two groups of subjects were analyzed,and the results showed that there was no significant statistical difference in baseline data of the two groups,such as age,gender and BMI(P>0.05).There were no significant statistical differences in SBP and DBP between the two groups(P>0.05).There were significant statistical differences between LVMI,LVM,IVST,LVPWT and LVEDD between the two groups of data(P<0.05);2 The relative expression level of miR-365 in the serum of experimental group and control group was 2.03±0.51 and 0.63±0.24,respectively.The expression level of miR-365 in the serum of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and there was a significant statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.000);3 The expression level of miR-365 in the serum of the two groups was significantly correlated with LVMI,LVM,IVST,LVPWT and LVEDD,but not with SBP and DBP;4 Further linear regression analysis showed that the expression level of miR-365 in the subject’s serum was linearly positively related to LVMI,LVM,IVST,LVPWT and LVEDD.With the increase of LVMI,LVM,IVST,LVPWT and LVEDD,the expression level of miR-365 in serum increased accordingly.Conclusion : The expression level of miR-365 in the serum of hypertension patients with left ventricular hypertrophy was increased,and it was positively related to the degree of left ventricular hypertrophy. |
