Study On Clinical Curative Effect Of Queyanling Prescription Orally And Enema On Endometriosis

Objective: In this study,patients with endometriosis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis were treated by Queyanling prescription plus enema orally,to observe the improvement of patients’ symptoms,signs,gynecological color ultrasound and serum carbohydrate antigen 125.To evaluate the curative effect and advantages of Queyanling prescription oral plus enema.Methods: Select to visit the gynecological clinic of Qinhuangdao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to September 2020.A total of 80 study subjects are patients who meet the inclusion criteria.By random number table method,divided into treatment group with 40 cases and control group with 40 cases on average.Queyanling oral plus enema was used to treat the treatment group,and Sanjie Zhentong capsule and Queyanling enema were used to treat the control group.Queyanling prescription oral agent was concentrated granules in our hospital,1 dose a day,morning and evening separately,and enema was uniformly boiled by the herbal medicine room,made in bags of decoction,1 dose 2 bags,every other day 1 bag.The treatment time was 3menstrual cycles,and the medication was stopped during menstruation.To observe the changes of Serum CA125 and gynecological color Doppler ultrasound before and after treatment,in treatment before and after treatment of 1,2 and 3 a menstrual cycle record the VAS score,the dysmenorrhea symptom scores and TCM symptom score.SPSS22.0statistical software was used to analyze the data.Results: 1.Comparison of serum CA125: Comparing the changes of serum CA125 before and after treatment between the two groups,there are significant differences(P<0.01);there is a significant difference between the two groups after being treated(P<0.01).2.Gynecological color Doppler ultrasound comparison: The comparison of ovarian endometriotic cysts between the two groups before and after treatment was significantly different(P<0.01);and the difference between the groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of VAS score and dysmenorrhea symptom score: The VAS score and dysmenorrhea symptom score of the two groups after treatment for 1,2,and 3 menstrual cycles were compared with those before treatment,there were significant differences within the groups(P<0.01);Comparison between groups,After treatment for 1 menstrual cycle,there was no statistical difference(P>0.05),after treatment for 2 menstrual cycles,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),after treatment,there was a significant difference(P<0.01).4.Comparison of the efficacy of TCM syndromes: After 1,2,3menstrual cycles of treatment,comparison of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before treatment,there were significant differences within the groups(P<0.01).Comparison between groups,treatment 1,2after the menstrual cycle,there was no statistical difference(P>0.05),after the treatment completed,there was a significant difference(P<0.01).The total effective rate of TCM syndrome curative effect treatment group is92.31%,and the total effective rate of control group is 84.21%,comparison between groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Comparison of comprehensive efficacy: After therapy,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.74%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 81.58%,comparison between groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Roughly is no unusualness in the safety inspection,no apparent adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion: Both Queyanling prescription orally plus enema and Sanjie Zhentong capsule combined with Queyanling prescription have effects,but Queyanling prescription combined with enema has better effects,which can improve TCM syndromes,relieve dysmenorrhea,reduce ovarian endometriotic cyst,and reduce serum CA125,with definite safety,and is worth further clinical research and promotion.
