| The main research content of this paper is to apply the humanized design theory to the lower limb rehabilitation product design of stroke patients in the rehabilitation center.At present,stroke is one of the leading causes of death in China.The sequelae of stroke can cause lower limb dyskinesia in varying degrees,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients and increases the burden of family and society.However,the lower limb rehabilitation tools widely used in the rehabilitation center can only provide basic training functions,and there is no in-depth study on the physiological and psychological characteristics of this kind of users.With the improvement of living standards,the existing lower limb rehabilitation products can not meet the deeper needs of patients in addition to rehabilitation needs,and can not provide a good product experience.Therefore,it is very important to carry out humanized design of lower limb rehabilitation products for elderly stroke patients.This paper first describes the background,purpose and significance of the topic,analyzes the current situation of stroke prevention and treatment in China,and the research status of related products.Using the method of theoretical research,this paper analyzes and studies the relevant literature,books and network data of the concept of humanized design,and puts forward the application ideas and design process of humanized design theory in the design of lower limb rehabilitation products.Through market research and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of existing products,using Kano model to develop a questionnaire,using field research method to investigate stroke patients in the rehabilitation center,interviewing rehabilitation physicians to obtain the user group’s evaluation of the existing products and the specific needs of lower limb rehabilitation product design,put forward the design innovation principles of lower limb rehabilitation products for stroke patients.Combining design aesthetics with specific functions,the paper uses design practice method to sketch and build 3D model for the rehabilitation products of patients with human stroke,and complete the design practice of appearance design and interactive design,and explore the design from multiple dimensions.Through the analysis and induction of the above contents,the value of humanized design theory on the design of lower limb rehabilitation products for stroke patients is summarized,and the future development of such products is prospected.It is hoped that the research of this paper can provide reference for designers and manufacturers of rehabilitation products in China,provide theoretical and design basis for the development of such products,and provide beneficial research for solving the problems of stroke rehabilitation in China. |
