Objective To explore the long-term effect and upper limb rehabilitation of stroke patients with regular rehabilitation guidance and E-LINK system auxiliary trainingMethods60 first stroke patients were randomly divided into regular group(n=30)and Follow-up group(n=30).The regular group was given medical comprehensive treatment and early rehabilitation for 2 months. The Follow-up group based on the control group was given regular rehabilitation guidance in the later period, and the regular group had no rehabilitation intervention in the same period. Two groups of patients were followed up for 12 months.we assessed the related functions(including Fugl-Meyer lower limb function assessment and daily life activities ability evaluation)at the end of 6 months and at the end of 12 months.40 cases of patients with stroke hemiplegia were divided into rehabilitation group(20 cases)and control group(20 cases). The patients of control group were treated with conventional treatment and task-oriented upper limb training. On the basis of control group, the patients of rehabilitation group were treated with E-LINK system aided upper limb function training. The patients of two groups were all treated for 6 weeks.Compare the muscle recovery efficiency and changes of upper limb function(Brunnstrom motor function stage evaluation,Fugl-Meyer scale(FMA)and simple hand function assessment(STEF)evaluation)and daily living ability(Barthel index(BI)evaluation)of two groups.ResultsClinical trial one :Comparison between groups: Fugl-Meyer score and BI score of two groups of patients were no statistically significant differenceat the time of entry and the end of the 6 month(p > 0.05).The Fugl-Meyer and BI scores of the patients in the Follow-up group were significantly better than regular group at the end of 12 month(p <0.05).The NIM scores of the patients in the Follow-up group were significantly better than regular group at the end of 6 and 12 month.Intra group comparison: The Fugl-Meyer score,BI score and NIM score of the end of the 6 month and the end of the 12 month in the two groups were significantly better than those in the time of entry(p <0.05).Phase comparison: Fugl-Meyer score,BI score and NIM score of from the time of entry to 6 month were significantly better than those from 6 month to 12 month(p <0.05).And Fugl-Meyer score,BI score and NIM score of from 6 month to 12 month in Follow-up group were better than regular group.Clinical trial two:Comparison between groups: Fugl-Meyer score,STEF score and BI score of the rehabilitation group were significantly better than control group(p<0.05)at post-treatment(6 weeks).Intra group comparison: Brunnstrom motor function,Fugl-Meyer score,STEF score and BI score in the two groups were all significantly higher than before treatment(p <0.05).ConclusionRegular Follow-up and rehabilitation direction is effective for cerebral stroke patients on lower extremity motor function and ability of activity of daily living.E-LINK system can improve the function of upper limbs in patients with stroke hemiplegia.
