Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of recipe for stopping leukorrhagia with oral administration and external application of Wuweixiaodu Decoction combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b vaginal effervescent tablets(Jinshuxi)with insertion of western medicine in the treatment of cervical high-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)infection,so as to provi-de a new treatment plan and theoretical reference for clinicians in the treatment of cervical HR-HPV infection.Methods:64 patients with cervical HR-HPV infection who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 32 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with recipe for stopping leukorrhagia with oral administration and Wuweixiaodu Decoction combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b vaginal effervescent tablets(Jinshuxi)with insertion of western medicine. The control group was treated with recombinant human interferon α-2b vaginal effervescent tablets(Jinshuxi)with insertion of western medicine alone. After treatment for 3months,the clinical efficacy of the two methods in treating HR-HPV infection was compared by analyzing the efficacy of TCM syndromes and the negative conversion ratio of HR-HPV before and after treatment.Results:1.Before treatment, there was no statistical significance in age, course of disease and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05),which indicated that there was the comparability between subjects of two groups.2.After treatment, there was statistical significance in the improvement of total TCM syndrome score and minor symptom score between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that TCM syndromes can be improved in the two groups after treatment, and the effect in the treatment group is better than that in the control group.3.After treatment, the negative conversion ratio of HR-HPV in the treatment group was 85.00% and that in the control group was 62.50%,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).It shows that the efficacy of HR-HPV in the treatment group is better than that in the control group. Conclusion:Oral drug and application of traditional Chinese herbs combined with insertion of western medicine is effective in treating cervical HR-HPV infection, which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients and increase the negative conversion ratio of HR-HPV.Early intervention of HR-HPV infection with traditional Chinese medicine can effectively reduce the incidence of cervical lesions.
