| Objective:To observe the effect of TQMM Ⅳ on the Trans-lamina cribrosa pressure difference(TLCPD)in patients with POAG of liver stagnation type,and to study the possible mechanism of TQMM Ⅳ in the treatment of POAG.Methods:To observe 30 patients(58 eyes)with POAG admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and 28 patients(56eyes)with POAG admitted to Harbin 242 Hospital from June 2020 to December 2020.The patients were divided into two groups:the treatment group group(30 patients,58 eyes,from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine)and control group(28 patients,56 eyes,from Harbin 242 Hospital).The treatment group was given TQMM Ⅳ.The control group was given nothing.The change of vision and TCLPD were observed before and after treatment 1 week,2 weeks,4 weeks,12 weeks.The change of visual field and OCT before and after treatment 4 weeks.Data processing uses the SPSS20.0software package.Results:1.Treatment group:(1)The changes of TCLPD and visual acuity after 1 week of treatmentAfter 1 weeks of treatment,the t-test of TCLPD showed P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The t-test of visual acuity showed P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.This suggests that after 1 weeks of treatment,the improvement in TCLPD was significantly better than the improvement in the vision.(2)The changes of TCLPD and visual acuity after 2 week of treatmentAfter 2 weeks of treatment,the t-test of TCLPD showed P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The t-test of visual acuity showed P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.This suggests that after 2 weeks of treatment,the improvement in TCLPD was significantly better than the improvement in the vision.(3)The changes of TCLPD and visual acuity after 4 week of treatmentAfter 4 weeks of treatment,the t-test of TCLPD showed P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The t-test of visual acuity showed P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.This suggests that after 4 weeks of treatment,there was little difference in the efficacy of the patients in terms of TCLPD and vision.(4)The changes of TCLPD and visual acuity after 12 week of treatmentAfter 4 weeks of treatment,the t-test of TCLPD showed P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The t-test of visual acuity showed P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.This suggests that after 12 weeks of treatment,both of the TCLPD and visual acuity were improved significantly.(5)The changes of MD,VFI,RNFLT and physique after 4 weeks of treatmentAfter 4 weeks of treatment,the paired sample t-test was performed on the MD,VFI,RNFLT and physical constitution of the treatment group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the patient’s MD,VFI,RNFLT and physique were improved significantly.2.Control group:(1)The changes in TCLPD and visual acuity after 4 weeksThere was no significant difference in TCLPD and visual acuity in control group after 4weeks by t test(P>0.05).In the control group,TCLPD and visual acuity did not change significantly after 4 weeks.3.Comparison between the two groups:(1)Comparison of the changes of TCLPD and visual acuity between the two groups after 4 weeksComparison of the changes of TCLPD and visual acuity between the two groups showed significant differences by independent sample t test(P<0.05),indicating that the reduction of TCLPD and improvement of visual acuity in the treatment group were significantly better than that in the control group.Conclusion:1.TQMM Ⅳ can reduce TCLPD,improve the visual function of patients with POAG,and improve the liver depression constitution of patients.2.TQMM Ⅳ on the reduction of TCLPD in POAG is prior to the improvement of vision.3.TQMM Ⅳ is mainly used to reduce TCLPD by adjusting the low diastolic blood pressure and BMI.4.Reducing TCLPD may be one of the mechanisms of TQMM Ⅳ to prevent optic nerve damage in POAG. |
