Objective:In retrospective analysis, the general data,TCM characteristics and tumor conditions of patients with postoperative bladder cancer were collected and sorted by filling in the follow-up questionnaire, and the influencing factors of disease-free survival time of patients with postoperative bladder cancer were screened out by statistical method. To discuss the effect of standardized Chinese medicine treatment on postoperative bladder cancer patients DFS,TCM syndromes, and tumor markers. To evaluate the postoperative effect and advantages of bladder cancer and improve its clinical practicability.Method:By eliminating and included in the index collection of heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine outpatient and the inpatient since 2010 in patients of our hospital from January 2020-01,143 cases,143 cases of patients were retrospectively information acquisition,to the general condition, tumor patients situation, traditional Chinese medicine characteristics and diseasefree survival were retrospectively study, the results into the analysis of SPSS software, with Kaplan meier,Log-rank,COX multiple factors regression analysis, screening the influencing factors of postoperative patients with bladder cancer DFS.The disease-free survival time, median survival time,TCM syndrome and tumor markers of the two groups were compared to explore the efficacy of standardized TCM treatment on the prognosis of bladder cancer.Results:1.Description of general data: The study included 117 male patients and26 female patients,a total of 143 patients.Around 60 years old is the age of high incidence of this disease.Among the pathological types, there were more urothelial carcinoma, and the patients with intermediate differentiation were more concentrated, and the pathological stages were more average. In the TCM syndrome differentiation, there were more patients with deficiency of both Qi and Yin.Patients with lateral bladder wall and KPS score of 80-90 were also relatively concentrated.2.Univariate analysis showed that the relationship between age, pathological stage, pathological type, postoperative CEA,pathological grade, duration of taking Chinese medicine and DFS was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the above 6 factors were the main factors affecting DFS.3.Multivariate analysis showed that age, pathological stage, postoperative CEA,and duration of taking Chinese medicine were independent factors affecting postoperative DFS of bladder cancer, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Age was negatively correlated with DFS.Patients with relatively early stage Ⅱ had longer DFS than patients with stage Ⅲ.Postoperative CEA was negatively correlated with DFS.Patients taking traditional Chinese medicine for more than 3 years and more than 3 months per year had long DFS and good prognosis.4.Correlation between DFS,median DFS,tumor markers and symptoms:(1)DFS and median DFS of patients in the group taking TCM for ≥ 3 years were higher than those in the group <3 years, indicating that DFS and median DFS of patients taking TCM for more than or equal to 3 years and more than 3months per year could be prolonged.(2)The average postoperative CEA of the patients in the group taking TCM for ≥ 3 years was lower than that in the group <3,indicating that the time of taking TCM for ≥ 3 years and each year for more than 3 months could reduce the postoperative CEA.(3)Patients in the group taking traditional Chinese medicine for ≥ 3 years showed significant improvement in symptoms of frequent urination, urgent urination, fatigue, poor appetite, hot flushes and night sweats, with statistical significance(P<0.05),indicating that taking traditional Chinese medicine for more than or equal to 3 years and more than 3 months per year could effectively relieve some of the symptoms of patients.Conclusion:1.Duration of taking traditional Chinese medicine was positively correlated with DFS.2.Taking Chinese medicine for more than three years and more than three months per year can improve related symptoms, reduce tumor markers, and improve quality of life.3.According to univariate analysis, age, pathological type, pathological grade, postoperative CEA,pathological stage, and duration of TCM administration were the main factors affecting postoperative DFS in patients with bladder cancer.4.Multivariate analysis showed that age, postoperative CEA,pathological stage and duration of taking Chinese medicine were independent factors affecting DFS.Age was negatively correlated with DFS.Postoperative CEA was negatively correlated with DFS.The recurrence and metastasis rate of stage Ⅲ patients was higher than that of stage Ⅱ patients.Taking traditional Chinese medicine for more than 3 years and more than 3 months per year can significantly prolong patients’ DFS.
