Objective:This study adopts the method of retrospective analysis and exploration.By collecting the case information of patients with non-small cell lung cancer after radical operation, such as general information, characteristics of modern medicine and characteristics of traditional Chinese Medicine.Through observation and analysis,in order to find out the influencing factors of disease-free survival period of patients by statistical method, and to explore the best intervention time and the best duration of intervention for traditional Chinese medicine. It will provides powerful reference data for clinical treatment.Method:93 cases of outpatients in oncology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine from January 1,2012 to January 1,2017,were included in this study. The data of93 patients were collected and recorded retrospectively. The general condition, tumor status,TCM condition, treatment, exposure time of TCM treatment, blank time of TCM Intervention,disease-free survival time, etc.were recorded.SPSS statistical software was used for retrospective analysis,KM method was used to draw survival curve, and Cox regression analysis was conducted to find out the influencing factors of disease-free survival period of patients with non-small cell lung cancer after radical operation, and to explore the best intervention time and the best intervention time of traditional Chinese medicine.Results:1.General basic data distribution description:The main characteristics of the patients who have been treated with traditional Chinese medicine and have a disease-free life of more than 1 year are as follows:(1)General situation:Female,Operation age ? 60 years old,Smoking history,No family history;(2)Characteristics of modern medicine:Lung adenocarcinoma.Theprimary location is peripheral type.In TNM stage,N is 0,TNM stage is I.(3)Characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine:The chief complaint of the first visit was cough, fatigue and chest distress.TCM syndrome elements are Qi deficiency syndrome or yin deficiency syndrome. The blank period of traditional Chinese medicine intervention is less than 6 months, and the intervention time is less than 12 months.2.By drawing Kaplan-Meier survival curve and single factor analysis,it was found that the main influence factor for DFS were gender, family history, smoking history, primary site, pathological stage, intervention blank time, intervention time and TCM syndrome factors.By estimating the average DFS and comparing with every two groups,we can roughly outline the dominant population of patients with NSCLC treated by traditional Chinese medicine:female,no family history,no smoking history, primary site is peripheral type, pathological stage is stage I,TCM treatment is started within 6 months after standard treatment, and lasts for more than 12 months,TCM syndrome elements are patients with Qi deficiency or yin deficiency.3.Cox regression analysis shows that:The patients can prolong the duration of DFS and get the greater benefit who with no family history,no smoking history, pathological stage is stage I or stage II,have been treated with traditional Chinese medicine for more than 24 months, syndrome elements are Qi deficiency or yin deficiency, and begin traditional Chinese medicine treatment as soon as possible after the standardized treatment of Western Medicine.Conclusion:1.Through single factor analysis, the main influence factors for DFS are gender, family history, smoking history, primary site, pathological stage, intervention blank, intervention time and TCM syndrome factors.2.Cox regression analysis show that people with no family history,no smoking history, pathological stage is stage I or stage II,and with Qi deficiency syndrome or yin deficiency syndrome could get more benefit inTCM treatment.3.The treatment of traditional Chinese medicine should be carry out as soon as possible after the patients receive standardized western medicine treatment, and the best treatment time of traditional Chinese medicine should be more than 24 months.
