Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Post-stroke Cognitive Impairment Of Kidney Essence Deficiency By Large Meridian Method

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the treatment of post-stroke cognitive impairment of kidney essence deficiency by the method of large meridian,and to seek effective clinical treatment for this disease.Methods:40 patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment admitted in the outpatient departments of acupuncture and moxibustion department of the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into treatment group 20 and control group 20.The control group was treated with routine acupuncture.Each acupuncture treatment in the control group continue 40 min,once a day,every treatment lasted for 6 consecutive days,have a day off,2 weeks as a course of treatment,the treatment group used the method of large meridian treatment,select 12 wellpoints,acupuncture 1-2 seconds after the needle,Acupuncture once every other day,for 2 weeks as a course of treatment;both groups were treated for 4 courses.After treatment,analysis of Mini-Mental state examination(MMSE)、Montreal Cognitive Assessment(Mo CA)、Activity of Daily Living(ADL)scale score and traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score before and after treatment,compared the cognitive function of the two groups before and after treatment and the improvement of traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes.Results:1.The total effective rate of cognitive function in the treatment group was 75%,which was significantly higher than 55% in the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes in treatment group was 70%,which was significantly higher than that in control group 45%(P<0.05);2.The MMSE score and Mo CA score increasedafter treatment in both groups(P<0.05),ADL scores and traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score declined(P<0.05);The MMSE score,Mo CA score,ADL score and traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the conventional acupuncture method,the large meridian method can improve the cognitive function of patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment,improve traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms,improve the quality.
