| Objective:Observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapy--Gua Sha combined with the famous Chinese medicine Chaihu Shugan decoction in the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis in the late menstrual period.By comparing and observing the curative effect of the two groups,evaluating the safety、 superiority and effectiveness of this treatment method,in order to provide new clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas for the disease.Methods:Apply the principles of prospective experimental research and use the random number table method for analysis.The collected patients,who attended the outpatient department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June to September 2020,as well as patients recruited through We Chat official accou-nts.Finally,only collected 68 patients.According to the principle of randomized control,divided into treatment group and contrast group.Observing changes in related symptoms before treatment and after 3months of treatment.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of patients in the treatment group was 85.29%,and the total effective rate in the contrast group was 73.52%.After statistical software analysis,the treatment effects of the two groups were different,and the treatment group was better than the contrast group(P<0.05).There was a difference in the recovery of ovulation between the two groups,and the treatment group was better than the contrast group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms in both groups were improved,and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the contrast group.Especially in improving the patients’ menstrual cycle,etc.there are differences between the treatment group and the contrast group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through comparison before and after treatment,Gua Sha combined with Chaihu Shugan decoction for the treatment of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type late menstruation has a good clinical effect and less adverse reactions in patients. |
