Analysis Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Rules In Hp-Related Chronic Gastritis Treated By Professor Xie Jingri

Objective:By collecting the outpatients of Hp-related chronic gastritis treated by Professor Xie,using data mining technology,summarize and analyze Professor Xie’s medication rules for the treatment of Hp-related gastritis。Methods:The cases of Hp-related chronic gastritis,during January 2016 to January 2020,treated by Professor Xie were collected.The information of the collected cases(the type of the first diagnosis,drugs in prescription)and the information of Chinese medicines(four properties,five flavours,meridian distribution and efficacy)was digitized into the Excel and analyed by the software.The data were analyzed by SPSS Statistics 18.0 and SPSS Modeler 23.0.Results:1.General situation:There were 98 cases collected,including 41 male patients and 5 7 female patients.The ages of patients ranged from 18 to 78 years old,of which patients aged 49-5 8 years old accounted for the largest proportion.2.Gastroscopy and pathologic findings:There were 10 types of gastric mucosal lesions recorded.3.Four methods of diagnosis:A total of 13 3 types of clinical symptoms were recorded,25 of which with high frequency(>10%);9 textures of tongue,6 tongue coatings and 8 pulse condition were recorded.4.Syndrome types:Liver-stomach discordance is the most among all types of syndromes,with 37 cases,followed by 25 cases of spleen-stomach deficiency syndrome and 15 cases of spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome.5.Drug usage:There were 158 Chinese medicines involved in the study,3 2 medicines of which with high frequency(>20%);the most medicinal properties were warm property,cold/slightly cold property and neutral property;the medicinal flavours accumulated 3 128 times,most of which were bitter/slightly bitter flavou,spicy flavourand sweet/slightly sweet flavour;the accumulation of meridian was 4943 times,most of which of were spleen meridian,stomach meridian and liver meridian;twenty kinds of efficacy of drugs were counted,and the more commonly used efficacy(>1 00 times)were qi-regulating drugs,tonic drugs,damp dispersing drugs,digestive drugs,heat-clearing drugs,antiasthmatic drugs for relieving phlegm and relieving cough,blood circulation drugs and diaphoretic drugs.6.Analysis results:In the association analysis,17 pairs of two-drug correlation rules,3 2 pairs of three-drug correlation rules,and 29 pairs of symptom-drug correlation rules were obtained.Through hierarchical clustering,six drug classifications were obtained.Conclusion:1.Professor Xie believes that the onset of Hp-related gastritis is due to toxin infection,which damages the healthy energy of spleen and stomach.Professor Xie thingks the basic pathogenesis of the disease is disfunction of ascending and descending of spleen-stomach qi.2.Professor Xie’s methods of treatment is based on tonifying spleen and stomach,and at the same time with the treatment of regulating qi,promoting digestion,dissipating dampness,removing stagnancy and obstruction of the fu-organs,and he at-cl earing.Professor Xie pays attention to the function of regulating qi,and emphasizes the concept of the whole to keep the balance between reception and digestion,rise and fall of qi,dry and wet.Simultaneous treatment between liver and spleen is the characteristic method of Professor Xie’s treatment of this disease.Another characteristic method of Professor Xie’s treatment is dredging turbidity of fu-organ.3.Drug properties and couplet medicines are taken into account by Professor Xie in prescription.Professor Xie’s treatment is based on invigorating and conditioning.Most of the medicines selected by him are calming and gentle,and rarely fierce.
