In today’s society,more and more people suffer from inflammatory diseases,especially in the past decade,the problem of population aging in China is becoming more and more prominent,and people are more and more plagued by inflammatory diseases.The detection of inflammatory and infectious diseases is mainly achieved by detecting the physiological parameters of the human body.As a sensitive marker of inflammatory and infectious diseases,C-reactive protein is a very important physiological parameter in the human body.it can reflect the inflammatory response in the human body and indicate the occurrence of other diseases.With the continuous progress and development of detection equipment and technology,researchers have proposed many methods for the detection of inflammatory infection.However,most of these detection methods take a long time to analyze,complex operation and high cost,and require trained technicians to operate on large-scale biochemical analyzers.In view of the shortcomings of these common detection methods,after improvement,up-conversion luminescence immunochromatography and magnetic immunochromatography are proposed to detect inflammatory infection,and the test results are displayed on the smartphone,and then with the help of digital medical platform,the two detection methods are applied to the medical Internet of things,so that patients with inflammatory diseases can be treated effectively.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The research status and development process of inflammatory infection detection at home and abroad were studied,and the common inflammatory infection detection methods were studied,and these detection methods were summarized and summarized.(2)An up-conversion luminescence immunochromatography method was proposed to detect inflammatory infection,in which C-reactive protein antibodies were labeled by up-conversion nanoparticles.By detecting the up-conversion fluorescence signal intensity in the test strip,the concentration of C-reactive protein in fingertip whole blood samples can be obtained,so as to judge whether the human body is suffering from inflammatory diseases.(3)Magnetic immunochromatography was proposed to detect inflammatory infection.in this method,C-reactive protein antibodies were labeled by magnetic nanoparticles,and the concentration of C-reactive protein in fingertip whole blood samples could be obtained by detecting the magnetic signal intensity on the magnetic immunoassay strip,so that we could know whether there was inflammatory infection or not.In order to improve the detection accuracy,a denoising algorithm is proposed to remove the interference signal in the external environment.In addition,a method of weak magnetic signal waveform reconstruction is proposed to reconstruct the distorted waveform of the test line,and the detection sensitivity is improved.(4)With the help of digital medical platform,up-conversion luminescence immunochromatography and magnetic immunochromatography are applied to the Internet of things in medicine,patients can consult the network doctor online and can easily obtain health care services.(5)The research content of this paper is summarized,and the shortcomings of the detection method and the areas that can be improved are prospected.
