The medical resources have been continuously getting replenished,and the development of the medical industry has been gradually covering the area of the market economy as China,s market economic system are constantly being consummated.Hospitals can no longer guarantee the carefree life,and patients’ requirements for hospitals are no longer simple treatment levels,but also include other types of medical services.Therefore,the major issue of the development of various medical institutions has evolved from the original simple medical equipment advanced degree and medical technology level to the quality of medical service.Now it is the hospital,s top priority to improve the quality of medical service,for the sake of enhancing the brand reputation of the hospital,as well as delivering better service for patients to improve patients’ satisfaction.This article takes Chengdu S private-funded and public-operated hospital as the research object.This hospital is different from traditional public hospitals and neotype private hospitals.Instead,it is a privately-run public hospital administered by public hospitals and injected by private capitals,also,it is a profit-making enterprise.They found that there are deficiencies in the quality of medical services in the process of analyzing the current situation of the hospital’s medical services.However,it is short of comprehensive and valid evaluation system and methods so that it is impossible to judge the hospital’s service quality satisfaction from the perspective of patients.Therefore,the specific deficiencies and reasons cannot be found and thus the medical service quality can,t get promoted due to the inability to bring up effective promotion strategies.As a consequence,this essay takes the customer satisfaction model of medical service quality theory and SERVQUAL scale model theory,the hierarchy of needs theory,Likert scale method,factor analysis method,analytic hierarchy process and relevant theories and methods as the research basis,together with the present situation of S hospital’s medical service,firstly,building five dimensions for S hospital’s medical service quality and the corresponding evaluation index system of 22.Secondly,the questionnaire survey was used to investigate the satisfaction of patients with the quality of hospital medical service.In addition,SPSS 25.0 software was used to analyze and build the model for the recovered data,and then the satisfaction score of each dimension index was obtained.Through analysis,the scores of S Hospital in five dimensions of tangibility,reliability,responsiveness,assurance and empathy are 2.715,2.760,2.679,2.901 and 2.796 respectively.Then,according to the scores,the deficiencies in the medical service quality of S Hospital,such as long registration time,slow issuance of examination results,opaque charge,patient privacy protection,etc.,were found and the causes were analyzed.In the end,based on this,the improvement strategies for the quality of hospital medical service has been formulated to help the hospital to achieve better development and gain an excellent reputation.
