Objective: To explore the infrared characteristics of delayed heat-sensitive acupoints on knee osteoarthritis(swelling type),in order to provide a basis for the objective detection of delayed heat-sensitive acupoints.Methods:In this study,56 patients(a total of 69 cases of knee with disease)with knee osteoarthritis(swelling type)were included in this study.Researchers collected infrared images of each acupoint by using thermal texture maps technology,and recorded the infrared temperature values of Neixiyan,Xuehai,Yinlingquan and Waixiyan on the affected side.The next day,the moxibustion sensation method was used as the criterion to explore the above acupoints(once a day,40 min each time,for a total of 3 days).According to whether there was heat-sensitive moxibustion feeling and the time of heat-sensitive moxibustion feeling,the above acupoints would be divided into 12 groups: Neixiyan immediate heat-sensitive group,delayed heat-sensitive group,non-heat-sensitive group,Xuehai immediate heat-sensitive group,delayed heat-sensitive group,non-heat-sensitive group,Yinlingquan immediate heat-sensitive group,delayed heat-sensitive group,non-heat-sensitive group,Waixiyan immediate heat-sensitive group,delayed heat-sensitive group,non-heat-sensitive group(20 acupoints included in each group,240 acupoints included in total).The infrared temperature difference of the same name acupoint in the immediate heat-sensitive group,delayed heat-sensitive group and non-heat-sensitive group was compared and analyzed.Results:The results of the infrared temperature of Neixiyan acupoint are as follows: the temperature of the immediate heat-sensitive group,the delayed heat-sensitive group,and the non-heat-sensitive group is 33.14±0.61,32.69±0.54,32.27±0.55,respectively.According to the one-way ANOVA,the differences of infrared temperature among the three groups are statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with the temperature of the delayed heat-sensitive group and the immediate heat-sensitive group,the P value is 0.016,with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05);The temperature of the immediate heat-sensitive acupoint group is compared with the temperature of the non-heat-sensitive acupoint group,and the P-value is 0.000,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01);The temperature of the delayed heat-sensitive group is compared with the temperature of the non-heat-sensitive group,and the P-value is 0.024,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The result shows that the temperature of immediate heat-sensitive group is the highest than that of the other two groups,followed by the delayed heat-sensitive group and the lowest in the non-heat-sensitive group.The results of the infrared temperature of Xuehai acupoint are as follows: the temperature of the immediate heat-sensitive acupoint group is 33.05±0.55,the temperature of the delayed heat-sensitive acupoint group is 32.58±0.52,and the temperature of the non-heat-sensitive acupoint group is 32.17±0.56.According to the one-way ANOVA,the differences of infrared temperature among the three groups are statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with the temperature of the delayed heat-sensitive group and the immediate heat-sensitive group,the P-value is 0.008,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01);The temperature of the immediate heat-sensitive acupoint group is compared with the temperature of the non-heat-sensitive acupoint group,and the P-value is 0.000,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01);The temperature of the delayed heat-sensitive acupoint group is compared with the temperature of the non-heat-sensitive acupoint group,and the P-value is 0.021,and the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).The results show that the temperature of the immediate heat-sensitive acupoint group of Xuehai acupoint is the highest than the other two groups,followed by the delayed heat-sensitive acupoint group and the lowest in the non-heat-sensitive acupoint group.The results of the infrared temperature of Yinlingquan acupoint are as follows: the temperature of the immediate heat-sensitive acupoint group is 33.09±0.54,the temperature of the delayed heat-sensitive acupoint group is 32.75 ± 0.42,and the temperature of the non-heat-sensitive acupoint group is 32.38 ± 0.61.According to the one-way ANOVA,the differences of infrared temperature among the three groups are statistically significant(P < 0.01).Compared with the temperature of the delayed heat-sensitive group and the immediate heat-sensitive group,the P-value is 0.048,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);The temperature of the immediate heat-sensitive acupoint group is compared with the temperature of the non-heat-sensitive acupoint group,and the P-value is 0.000,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01);The temperature of the delayed heat-sensitive acupoint group is compared with the temperature of the non-heat-sensitive acupoint group,and the P-value is0.030,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The results show that the temperature of the immediate heat-sensitive acupoint group of Yinlingquan acupoint is the highest than the other two groups,followed by the delayed heat-sensitive acupoint group and the lowest in the non-heat-sensitive acupoint group.The results of the infrared temperature of Waixiyan acupoint are as follows: the temperature of the immediate heat-sensitive acupoint group is 33.11±0.65,the temperature of the delayed heat-sensitive acupoint group is 32.64±0.41,and the temperature of the non-heat-sensitive acupoint group is 32.27±0.60.According to the one-way ANOVA,the differences of infrared temperature among the three groups are statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with the temperature of the delayed heat-sensitive group and the immediate heat-sensitive group,the P-value is 0.011,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);The temperature of the immediate heat-sensitive acupoint group is compared with the temperature of the non-heat-sensitive acupoint group,and the P-value is 0.000,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01);The temperature of the delayed heat-sensitive acupoint group is compared with the temperature of the non-heat-sensitive acupoint group,and the P-value is 0.046,and the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).The results show that the temperature of the immediate heat-sensitive acupoint group of Waixiyan acupoint is the highest than the other two groups,followed by the delayed heat-sensitive acupoint group and the lowest in the non-heat-sensitive acupoint group.Conclusion:1.In patients with knee osteoarthritis(swelling type),immediate heat-sensitive acupoints,delayed heat-sensitive acupoints and non-heat-sensitive have different infrared temperature characteristics,and the infrared temperature from high to low is: immediate heat-sensitive acupoints,delayed heat-sensitive acupoints,non-heat-sensitive acupoints.2.To a certain extent,thermal texture maps technology can objectively detect delayed heat-sensitive acupoints,and can be used as an auxiliary means of detection of delayed heat-sensitivee acupoints. |
