Multi-center Randomized Controlled Clinical Study Of Lumbrokinase Enteric-coated Capsules In The Treatment Of Patients With Acute Ischemic Stroke

Objective: Ischemic stroke(cerebral infarction),also known as ischemic stroke,is a cerebrovascular disease with hemiplegia,aphasia and coma as the main clinical symptoms.In recent years,the burden of disease caused by ischemic stroke has become heavier and more and more attention has been paid to the clinical methods of Chinese medicine for the treatment of ischemic stroke.Earthworm is a commonly used medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and its extract,lumbrokinase,is more and more widely used in ischemic stroke.Through the combing of stroke in traditional Chinese medicine,this study clarified the same disease name of ischemic stroke in traditional Chinese medicine and ischemic stroke in western medicine,determined the diagnostic criteria and classification of syndromes,and provided ideas for better treatment of ischemic stroke.Methods: This study mainly used the tracing of past dynasties of stroke and the sorting of current strokes to determine the concepts,diagnostic criteria and treatment methods of current ischemic stroke in Chinese and Western medicine.Through the collection of data related to the burden of diseases such as the number of patients with stroke and the number of deaths in the world and China,the situation and changes of the burden of diseases related to stroke in the world and my country are analyzed.Through the literature research on lumbrokinase treatment of stroke,analyze and sort out the application and effective indicators of lumbrokinase in stroke.Through the analysis of the literature and many expert discussions,a randomized controlled clinical study plan for the treatment of lumbrokinase in patients with acute ischemic stroke was formulated.Results: Stroke in traditional Chinese medicine has experienced the unification of the concept of disease names.In modern times,it is equivalent to stroke in Western medicine.It draws on the contents of Western medicine.It is divided into ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke according to pathological factors.Western medicine is used for the diagnosis of ischemic stroke.Diagnostic criteria for ischemic stroke.An analysis of the global and my country’s disease burden related to strokes and changes found that the disease burden indicators of ischemic stroke(especially in my country)account for an increasing proportion of the overall stroke.Through the analysis of the classification and treatment of ischemic stroke in Chinese and Western medicine,it is found that the clinical treatment of ischemic stroke nowadays uses a combination of Chinese and Western medicine,and has developed many new preparations of Chinese medicine through the theories of Chinese medicine.It provides new options and new ideas for the treatment of ischemic stroke.The literature study of earthworm extract lumbrokinase in the treatment of stroke found that lumbrokinase has the NIHSS neurological function score index and hemorheological index(whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,red blood cell aggregation index,red blood cell deformation index)for ischemic stroke,the improvement of fibrinolytic activity indexes(fibrinogen content,t-PA),blood coagulation activity indexes(platelet aggregation function,prothrombin time,partial thromboplastin time)have all been affirmed.Conclusions: Existing evidence shows that the burden of ischemic stroke in my country is heavy,and there is a growing trend.At present,the advantages of the diagnosis and treatment of ischemic stroke combined with the concept of Chinese and Western medicine are highlighted.Earthworm extract lumbrokinase plays an active role in the treatment of ischemic stroke,but lacks the support of highquality research data.Locker enteric-coated capsules is a multi-center randomized controlled clinical research program for the treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke,in the hope that lumbrokinase can be better used in the treatment of ischemic stroke.
