Effect Of Buyuan Decoction And Juanxiao Decoction On Intestinal Flora Of Patients With Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective:chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a respiratory disease associated with many factors.The number of patients worldwide is increasing every year,which affects human health and survival happiness index.It puts a huge economic burden on the health care system.This has a significant social impact on the affected patients and their families.At present,the treatment of COPD still has not developed a more efficient program,traditional Chinese medicine treatment of COPD may have a more effective therapeutic effect,so in this topic,through the collection of patient information to observe the clinical efficacy of Buyuan decoction combined with Juanxiao Decoction in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),to evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and research progress Objective to study the mechanism of Buyuan Decoction and Juanxiao decoction,and to compare the changes of intestinal flora in patients with stable COPD after taking medicine,so as to preliminarily explore the influence of intestinal flora structure changes.Methods:a total of 60 patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)were randomly divided into two groups(30 cases in the experimental group and 30 cases in the control group).The experimental group was treated with Buyuan Decoction and Juanxiao decoction,while the control group was treated with tiotropium bromide powder inhalation.The total score table of TCM symptoms,MMRC score,cat score and clinical efficacy evaluation were made before and after the treatment of the two groups.The scores of the two groups before and after the treatment were recorded and statistically analyzed by statistical software.Fresh feces were collected for metagenomic analysis using next-generation sequencing technology.Results:Buyuan Decoction and Juanxiao decoction can significantly improve the cat score and dyspnea of COPD patients in stable stage,and have a good regulatory effect on the imbalance of TCM symptoms(cough,expectoration,wheezing,shortness of breath,abdominal distension and constipation).After this research,compared with western medicine alone(tiotropium bromide powder spray)in the treatment of COPD patients in stable stage,Buyuan decoction combined with Juanxiao Decoction in the treatment of COPD patients;the TCM symptom score,cat score and MMRC score of the patients in the TCM group were significantly improved(P < 0.01).From 30 cases in the control group,we found that: 1 case was less effective,22 cases were effective,7 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was77.6%.The results showed that the total effective rate was 96.6% after the treatment of Buyuan Decoction and Juanxiao decoction.From the results of this study,taking Buyuan Decoction and Juanxiao decoction has obvious curative effect compared with pure inhalation of tiotropium bromide powder spray,which can quickly and effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,delay the progress of COPD and improve the quality of life of patients.Further analysis of COPD patients in stable stage before and after taking Buyuan Decoction and Juanxiao Decoction in fecal flora,two groups of samples compared to the overall comparison on the level of phylum found that the two groups of phylum composition is basically the same.After comparison,Bacteroides and actinomycetes were found to have higher abundance in the intestinal tract than before,but the abundance of Firmicutes and Proteus showed a downward trend in the intestinal flora.At the genus level,the abundance of bifidobacteria in probiotics increased;the abundance of agathobacter,Roseburia and parasutterella also increased,and the abundance of some harmful bacteria also decreased,such as Enterococcus and Escherichia coli Shigella.Bacteria at the same level,such as Bacteroides＿vulgatus、Bacteroides＿The abundance of the taiotaomicron increased,while that of the Enterococcus faecium increased＿The abundance of Bacteroides massiliensis decreased.Conclusion:1.Buyuan decoction combined with Juanxiao decoction is better than western medicine in the treatment of COPD patients in stable stage,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.2.To adjust the structure of intestinal flora in patients with stable COPD,the application of Buyuan Decoction and Juanxiao Decoction in this project can promote the metabolism of intestinal harmful substances and improve the immune function of patients.
