Objective:To study the relationship between neutrophil percentage / albumin ratio(NPAR),uric acid(UA)and the incidence of coronary heart disease and the degree of coronary artery stenosis.Methods:502 patients who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled in the Department of Cardiology, affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical College from January 2019 to December 2020.According to the results of coronary angiography, they were divided into coronary heart disease group(n=296)and control group(n=206).The basic data, past history and examination results of all patients were recorded, and the degree of coronary artery stenosis was evaluated by Gensini score. The value of NPAR and UA in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease was evaluated by SPSS 25.0 software, and the correlation between NPAR and the degree of coronary artery stenosis was analyzed. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Results:1.Compared with the control group, the age, male ratio, hypertension, diabetes, smoking, white blood cell count, neutrophil percentage, monocyte count, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine,UA and NPAR levels in the coronary heart disease group were higher, while platelet count and albumin level were lower. The difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05).2.Compared with the mild stenosis group, the white blood cell count, neutrophil percentage, monocyte count,UA and NPAR levels in the severe stenosis group were significantly higher than those in the mild stenosis group.(P<0.05).3.NPAR and UA were independent risk factors of coronary heart disease and the degree of coronary artery stenosis, and NPAR and UA were positively correlated with Gensini score(r = 0.150;0.188,P < 0.05).4.The result of drawing ROC curve shows that the area under the ROC curve of NPAR is 0.656(95%CI:0.609~0.703),the sensitivity is 36.1%,the specificity is 90.8%;the area under the ROC curve of Ting UA is 0.620(95%CI:0.570~0.669),the sensitivity is 39.5%,and the specificity is 78.2%.The area under the curve of NPAR combined with UA for predicting coronary heart disease was 0.709(95%CI:0.664~0.754),with a sensitivity of59.8% and a specificity of 73.3%.Conclusion:1.NPAR and UA are related to the incidence of coronary heart disease.2.The combination of NPAR and UA can predict the incidence of coronary heart disease more accurately.3.There is a positive correlation between NPAR,UA and Gensini score, which has a certain reference value for predicting the degree of coronary artery stenosis.
