| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xindakang dropping pills in treating SAP combination phlegm and blood stasis patients and its effects on hs-CRP,Hcy and blood lipids,to explore its mechanism and patientswith evaluate its efficacy and safety.Methods:From January 2020 to December 2020,Selecte 60 SAP patients who has SAP phlegm and blood stasis at Anhui TCM Hospital.ALL patients randomly dividw into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).Both groups were treated with routine treatment of CHD.The treatment group was treated with Xindakang dropping pills additional for 8 weeks.The adverse were recorded in time in this trial.The scores of angina pectoris,TCM syndrome,SAQ scale and nitroglycerin tablets were be recorded before and after the trial,and the blood lipids,hs-CRP,Hcy,ECG and safety indexes also recorded.All above datas were analyzed by SPSS25.0.Results:(1)Angina pectoris symptom score and effeciency: the scores of angina pectoris attack times,duration and pain both droped in two groups after treatment(P < 0.05).The treatment group scores were lower has significant differences(P<0.05).The total effeciency in the treatment group(90.0%)was higher than another group(73.3%),and there has difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).(2)ECG effect: the effeciency of ECG improvement in treatment group(86.7%)was higher thananother group(70.0%)after treatment,and there has difference between two groups(P < 0.05).(3)TCM syndrome score and effeciency: the TCM syndrome scores two groups both decreas(P<0.01)after treatment,and the treatment group were lower,there has difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The effecienc of TCM syndrome,treatment group(93.3%)was higher than another group(76.7%),and there has significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).(4)The stopping and decreasing rate of nitroglycerin: after treatment two group’s dosage of nitroglycerin both decreased,and the rate of stopping and decreasing in the treatment group(93.3%)was higher than another group(73.3%),and there has difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(5)Score of Seattle angina Pectoris scale: after treatment,wo groups’ SAQ scores both improved in PL,AS,SF,TS,DS.Treatment group haas higher scores,and there has differences between the two groups(P<0.05).(6)Laboratory indexes: the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,Hcy and hs-CRP both droped and HDL-C both increased in two groups after treatment.The change of the indexes in the treatment group was obvious,and there has difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(7)Safety indexs:during treatment there both of two groups were no adverse reactions,both of them was no abnormal changes in blood,urine,stool routine and Don’t havedamage in liver and kidney.Conclusion:Xindakang dropping pills in treat with the SAP patients with phlegm and blood stasis type could Remission the symptom improve life’quality,while its side effects are small,clinical application is safe and reliable.It is speculated that the possible mechanism of Xindakang dropping pills is to regulate lipid metabolism and reduce vascular inflammatory reaction,so as to slow down the process of CHD and reduce the attack of angina pectoris. |
