| Objective:To establish animal experimental model and discuss the effects of Acellular Dermal Matrix(ADM)and Platelet Rich Fibrin(PRF)on the repair of oral keratinized mucosa defect,so as to provide basis for the increment of soft tissue in oral implant operation.Methods:36 Japanese big ear rabbits were randomly divided into four groups: PRF group(group A),ADM group(group B),autologous tissue transplantation group(Group C)and blank control group(Group D),with 9 rabbits in each group In the control group,the wound was pressed with gauze,and the wound healing rate was observed at 7,14 and 21 days after operation,and the tissue blocks were cut at the same site and stained with he.The inflammatory grade and average epithelial thickness were observed at different healing time,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results:1.The average thickness of hard palate mucosa in each group was similar,and there was no statistical difference(P > 0.05);2.Wound healing rate: with the passage of time,group A,group B,group C compared with group D,three kinds of materials can show the effect of promoting wound healing,with statistical significance(P< 0.05);group a compared with group B at the same time point,the healing degree of the two groups was similar,no statistical difference(P > 0.05);group A,group B compared with group C,the wound healed at any time point There was a significant difference between the two groups(P< 0.05)3.Inflammation grade,he results showed that there was no statistical difference among group A,group B and group C at any time point(P> 0.05);compared with group D,the inflammation grade of three groups were reduced,with statistical significance(P <0.05);4.Average thickness of epithelium: At any time point,the epithelial thickness of group B was similar to that of group C,with no statistical difference(P> 0.05).Compared with group B and group C,the epithelial thickness of group A was thinner than that of group B and group C at 7 and 14 days,with statistical significance(P < 0.05),while the epithelial thickness was similar at 21 days,with no statistical difference(P >0.05).Conclusion:1.PRF,ADM and autologous tissue can accelerate the repair process of oral keratinized mucosa defect2.Compared with PRF,ADM is a better way to replace autologous tissue transplantation,which can obtain more soft tissue increment in a short time.3.Compared with PRF and ADM,autologous tissue transplantation has a better effect on soft tissue increment. |
