A Study Of Epidemic Prevention And Control In Tianjin In The Early Period Of The Founding Of New China(1949-1961)

On the eve of the founding of the People’s Republic of China(1945-1949),Tianjin was attacked by epidemics for many times.Every year,epidemics broke out frequently,causing a large number of infections and deaths,and heavy losses.Even in the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China(1949-1961),Tianjin was still faced with the severe challenge of epidemics.This paper is composed of six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly discusses the background and significance of the topic selection,research review at home and abroad,key and difficult points,and expected innovation points.The second chapter describes in detail the serious epidemic situation in Tianjin in the early days of the founding of New China(1949-1961),and analyzes the causes of the epidemic from two aspects of natural and social factors.The third chapter,the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter respectively expatiate the contents,forms and characteristics of the CPC’s propaganda work on the prevention and control of epidemics in Tianjin in the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China(1949-1961),which mainly embodies the three characteristics of political nature,mass nature and scientific nature.The sixth chapter summarizes the great significance and accumulated valuable experience of the CPC’s prevention and propaganda work in Tianjin in the early period of the founding of the People’s Republic of China(1949-1961)by sorting out the achievements of the CPC’s prevention and propaganda work in Tianjin in the early period of the founding of the People’s Republic of China(1949-1961).Second,give full play to the mass base and carry out nationwide publicity;The third is to use scientific methods to guide publicity work.In this paper,using the method of literature research and sum up,through the study of primary and secondary documents,the serious epidemic diseases in Tianjin during the early period of the founding of New China(1949-1961)and the causes of the epidemic diseases were summarized.The contents,forms and characteristics of the CPC’s propaganda work on the prevention and control of epidemics in Tianjin were summarized.This paper summarizes the great significance and accumulated valuable experience of the CPC’s prevention and propaganda work in Tianjin during the early period of the founding of the New China(1949-1961).The research on epidemic prevention and control and publicity in Tianjin during the early period of the founding of New China(1949-1961)has enriched the research on epidemic prevention and control in Tianjin to a certain extent,and provided a supplement for the regional research on epidemic disease in China.Secondly,to a certain extent,it enriches the study of the propaganda work of the Communist Party of China.Finally,it is relevant to medical history,population history,legal history and other aspects of the study,to a certain extent,it provides an effective supplement or side confirmation for the above related fields.
