Objective:The purpose of this study was to analyze the learning curve of single-hole thoracoscopic anatomical segmentectomy for non-small cell lung cancer in the same surgical team, and to provide reference value for the number of cases required for clinical proficiencyMethods:Retrospective analysis in January 2018 to January 2021 by the same team for completion of single-hole thoracoscope surgery downward anatomical sex lung segment resection treatment data of 76 cases of non-small cell lung cancer using cumulative and(cumulative sum,CUSUM)methods to analyze the learning curve, and the learning curve of different order operation evaluation index of the leaf length(surgery surgical blood loss and the number of lymph node removal),and postoperative evaluation index(degree of postoperative hospitalization duration of pain Drainage tube indwelling time and traffic)and complications(seal leakage bleeding and infection)Visual analogue score was selected for pain assessment, which was divided into three grades of mild, moderate and severe on a scale of 0 to 10,with the pain degree increasing step by step(0 was painless and 10 was severe). Results:The CUSUM learning curve were best modeled as a polynomial with equation y=-0.8925+2.673x-0.017432x~2-0.00002979x~3,with goodness-of-fit test R~2=0.8795.Fitting curve after surgery cases accumulated to 39 cases of slope becomes negative, the learning curve obtained by CUSUM analysis the highest point of the vertical line which can be divided into two periods, the first time for the technical improve phase(n=39),the second time for the technical master phase(n=37)in the second stage surgery Operative blood loss postoperative hospital length The drainage tube indwelling time and postoperative complication rates were better than the first stage(P<0.05),and there were no significant differences in the number of lymph nodes removed at each stage and cumulative survival rate(P>0.05)Conclusion:In provincial-level third-class A hospitals, the learning curve of single-hole thoracoscopic anatomical segmentectomy for NSCLC was 76 cases, with a time span of 3years.In third-class A hospitals with single-hole thoracoscopic anatomical segmentectomy for NSCLC,the surgical method was carried out for the treatment of NSCLC...
