| Objective:The rapid development of modern medicine benefits human beings.At the same time,the malpractice of the prevalence of medical science and technology supremacy and the gradual weakening of humanity is gradually highlighted.Strengthening the humanity of medical service is not only the common expectation of the whole society,but also the essential requirement of medical development.Under the background of the mutual penetration of Internet and health care,the rise of online health community provides a new communication platform and communication channel for the development of humanistic medicine.Users can share,acquire,discuss and innovate knowledge around medical ethics,medical philosophy,medical history and doctor-patient communication.One of the core functions of online health community is knowledge exchange,and the flow of knowledge promotes the transfer,sharing and innovation of knowledge.The efficiency of knowledge exchange affects the operation and development of online health community.Exploring the influencing factors of knowledge exchange efficiency can reveal the law of knowledge flow among users,and provide the most basic basis for improving the efficiency of knowledge exchange.Based on this,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of knowledge exchange efficiency in online health community,measures the efficiency of knowledge exchange in online health community,and deeply understands the status quo of knowledge exchange in the subject field of humanities medicine and the attention of community users.And through the analysis of the influencing factors of its knowledge exchange efficiency,to provide a practical basis for promoting its knowledge exchange,and put forward reference countermeasures and suggestions for the problems found,in order to contribute to the improvement of online health community and the development of humanistic medicine in China.Method:In this paper,18 boards of dingxiangyuan forum with more posts and replies and more active users are selected as the research objects.Combined with the characteristics of online health community and the principle of constructing index system,the input-output evaluation index system of knowledge exchange is established from three dimensions of breadth,depth and quality of knowledge exchange.SBM model is used to measure the comprehensive technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of knowledge exchange of each section from 2010 to 2019.Tobit model is used to make regression analysis on the influencing factors of knowledge exchange efficiency of humanities medicine related boards in online health community,and the three functions of user enthusiasm,influence and quality are analyzed This paper analyzes the significance and specific effects of three community factors,namely,household factors,community scale,posting characteristics and network characteristics,on the efficiency of knowledge exchange,and puts forward countermeasures to improve the efficiency of knowledge exchange.Result:From the descriptive statistical results of knowledge exchange input and output,the knowledge exchange input and output of examination,learning,leisure and clinical medicine theme community section is larger,while the input and output of humanities medicine section is less,and its topic is less concerned and hot;from the measurement results of knowledge exchange efficiency,the overall technical efficiency of the 18 boards of dingxiangyuan forum is higher According to the change trend of knowledge exchange efficiency in the past 10 years,each section can be divided into perfect type,development type,decline type and fluctuation type;there is a common phenomenon that pure technical efficiency is less than scale efficiency,and low pure technical efficiency is the main reason to restrict the improvement of comprehensive technical efficiency;the knowledge exchange efficiency of Humanities and medicine is in the whole edition From the regression analysis results of the influencing factors of the efficiency of knowledge exchange in Humanities and medicine,the quality of posting,professional ability,influence,enthusiasm and contribution of community members,community scale,title tagging type,network average and other factors have a significant positive impact on the efficiency of knowledge exchange.Proposal:We should expand the number of community members,strengthen the introduction and cultivation system construction of high-quality and influential users,encourage users to post,pay attention to the content construction and audit of posts,and guide the generation of high-quality posts,improve the community incentive mechanism,strengthen the algorithm and function design,and enhance the ability of personalized service,strengthen the cultural construction of the community,and create a unique cultural scope,To enhance the cohesion of the community;to carry out
