| Objective: Discuss the correlation of the Cystatin C,mean platelet volume and platelet distribution width with essential hypertension with atrial fibrillation,And further explore the risk factors in patients with EH AF,for clinical provides the theory basis for predicting risk of atrial fibrillation in patients with hypertension.Methods : Choose 80 cases of patients with essential hypertension(eh),80 patients with essential hypertension with atrial fibrillation and atrialfibrillation patients 80 cases,Record the patient’s gender,age,height,weight,Fasting blood in the morning the next day,after 12 hours,using enzyme-linked immunosorbent method urinary inhibition test subjects CysC,mean platelet volume and platelet distribution width,At the same time ashomocysteine detection relevant indicators,three acyl glycerin,cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,fibrinogen,red blood cell distribution width.High resolution two-dimensional ultrasonic technology are used to calculate the left atrial diameter,Statistical method is applied to study the correlation of each observation index and EH with AF,and further explore the risk factors in EH with AF patients.Results: 1.EH,EH combined AF group and three groups of AF group data row of single factor analysis of variance or kruskal Wallis analysis results show: EH combined CysC,LAD,age patients with AF group were higher than that of EH with AF group,in addition,in patients with EH combined AF group PDW,MPV,RDW,FIB,HCY higher than that of EH group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.Research to observe the point-biserial correlation analysis method and the correlation of EH patients with AF,the results suggest: age,CysC,PDW,MPV,LAD,RDW,FIB are significantly associated with EH patients with AF(P <0.01),and the CysC,LAD,age is a risk factor for EH patients with AF.3.The ROC curve analysis showed:(1)CysC is greater than or equal to 1.205 mg/L,the sensitivity of the atrial fibrillation in hypertensive patients was 61.3%,specificity of 76.3%,the accuracy is 74.4%.(2)the LAD is greater than or equal to 37.5 mm the sensitivity of the atrial fibrillation in hypertensive patients was70%,specificity of 97.5%,the accuracy is 88.4%.(3)age is greater than or equal to the sensitivity of the 65-year-old hypertension patients with atrial fibrillation is 65%,specificity of 78%,the accuracy is 79.9%.Conclusions: 1.CysC,LAD,age,PDW,MPV,RDW,FIB significantly associated with EH patients with AF,and CysC,LAD,age is a risk factor for EH patients with AF. |
