| Objective: To investigate the changes of corneal morphology and anterior chamber depth after pterygium surgery by using Pentacam. Methods: Retrospective clinical research. The clinical data of 90 eyes of 60 cases with pterygium from Sep.2019 to Jan.2020 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University was analyzed retrospectively. There were 36 males and 30 females,aged(56.12±18.08)years.The follow-up time was 3 months.Observe and record the visual acuity level of all patients who have undergone surgery before the surgery,1month,2 months and 3 months after the surgery. At the same time, observe the appearance of the affected eye and compare it.Record the specific conditions of the pentacam parameters before and after the operation. The SPSS 16.0 statistical software was used for data analysis, and the mean±standard deviation(Mean±SD)was used to express. The comparison between preoperative and postoperative multiple time points was performed by repeated measurement data analysis of variance, and the pairwise comparison was performed by paired t-test.P values less than 0.05 were considered statistically significantResults : There was no significant difference in posterior corneal astigmatism, anterior chamber depth(ACD)and the thickness of the thinnest part of cornea at 1,2 and 3months after treatment(P>0.05).The astigmatism of TCRP in the pupil zone of 3 mm and 5 mm in diameter, astigmatism on the front surface of the cornea and high-order aberration(4 mm)were reduced at 1 month after surgery(P<0.05).Visual acuity was improved at 1 month after the operation(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the astigmatism of TCRP in the pupil zone of 3 mm and 5 mm in diameter, astigmatism on the front surface of the cornea,high-order aberration(4 mm)and visual acuity at 1,2 and 3 months postoperatively(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.By comparing the appearance of the eyes of patients before and after LCAT operation,it was found that the 66 patients selected in this experiment,a total of90 patients, had undergone surgical treatment, and the appearance of the affected eyes had been significantly improved. There were no other complications during the follow-up after 1 month,2 months and 3 months of surgical treatment;2.The corneal morphology is most stable at 1 month after pterygium surgery, and the anterior chamber depth is not affected.Optic glasses or cataract surgery should be performed one month after pterygium surgery to facilitate accurate intraocular lens parameters and good visual enhancement effects;3.The degree of corneal astigmatism induced by pterygium can be reduced with excision and visual quality can be improved. |
