| ObjectiveSEVR,AI,and baPWV can be obtained by pulse wave analysis.SEVR can be used as a noninvasive index for evaluating myocardial perfusion,and AI and baPWV can be used as indexes for evaluating vascular elasticity.The process of pulse wave collection and analysis is noninvasive,simple and repeatable.The purpose of this study was to analyze the influencing factors of SEVR,AI,baPWV and other indicators obtained by pulse wave,to analyze the correlation of these indicators and other indicators to assess atherosclerosis,and to analyze whether these indicators are different between the healthy group and the coronary heart disease group,for making clear the pulse wave analysis for arteriosclerosis sex cardiovascular disease important application value.Methods1.A total of 592 patients who participated in physical examination in the physical examination center of The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from 2018 to 2019 were selected as the research objects.Clinical information(including general information,lifestyle and diet,chronic medical history,family history,carotid atherosclerosis and fatty liver)and biochemical indexes of all subjects were collected,and pulse waves were collected to obtain SEVR,AI and baPWV and other relevant parameters.First,univariate analysis and correlation analysis of SEVR,AI and baPWV were performed.The factors with statistical significance were used as independent variables to conduct multiple linear regression analysis on the influencing factors of SEVR,AI and baPWV to explore the influencing factors and find out the potential pathogenesis of CVD.2.90 healthy people with no symptoms of angina pectoris aged≥60 years from the physical examination center were selected as the healthy group,and 32 patients with coronary heart disease aged≥60 years who were diagnosed as coronary heart disease by coronary angiography were selected as the coronary heart disease group.The CHD group was further divided into single-vessel disease group and multi-vessel disease group,coronary artery stenosis degree<75%and≥75%group,coronary artery stenosis degree<90%and≥90%group,no complicated chronic disease history group and complicated chronic disease group according to the number of lesions,degree of coronary artery stenosis degree and chronic illness.Clinical information(including chronic history,carotid atherosclerosis,etc.)and biochemical indicators of all subjects were collected,and pulse wave was collected to obtain SEVR,AI,baPWV and other indexes,to analyze whether SEVR,AI,etc.were different between healthy people and people with coronary heart disease.The correlation between AI,baPWV and SEVR obtained by pulse wave and common clinical indicators of atherosclerosis:PP,ABI and carotid atherosclerosis was analyzed.Results1.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that HR,Scr,smoking and gender were the possible influencing factors of SEVR(P<0.05);Age,BP,HR,UA,Glu,history of diabetes mellitus and hypertension could be the influencing factors of baPWV(P<0.05);Age,height,BP,heart rate,Scr,sex and fruit intake may be the influencing factors of AI(P<0.05).2.According to the rank sum test,there was a difference in AI between the healthy group and the CHD group(P<0.05).Further analysis showed that there were differences between the healthy group,the group with single-vessel coronary disease and the group with multi-vessel coronary disease,and there were differences between the healthy group,the group with coronary stenosis degree<75%and the group with coronary stenosis degree≥75%.There were differences in the healthy group,the degree of coronary artery stenosis<90%and the degree of coronary artery stenosis≥90%groups.There were differences in the healthy group,the CHD group without complicated chronic disease and the CHD group with complicated chronic disease(all P<0.05).There was no difference in SEVR between the healthy group and the CHD group and its subgroups(P>0.05).3.Correlation analysis showed that the pulse wave acquisition of baPWV was significantly correlated with PP,AI,ABI and carotid atherosclerosis(P<0.01).AI was significantly correlated with PP and baPWV(P<0.01).SEVR was correlated with ABI(P<0.05).Conclusions1.Pulse wave contains rich physiological and pathological information.SEVR,AI,PWV and other indicators can be obtained through pulse wave analysis.Comprehensive analysis of relevant indicators is helpful for early screening,diagnosis and evaluation of ASCVD.At the same time,because it is non-invasive,easy to operate and cheap,it is helpful to solve the difficult problem of chronic disease prevention and control in the current community.2.Gender and HR may be the influencing factors of SEVR,while HR,age and BP may be the influencing factors of baPWV and AI.Intervention on related influencing factors can help to delay the process of CVD. |
