With the development of the economy, people's increasingly demand for medical resources also shows up.However, there are still some problems in the current such as the shortage of medical resources and the unbalanced distribution of them among regions. To resolve these conflicts and make the best use of limited medical resources is one of the focuses of many groups. On the other hand, with the development of the Internet as well as the booming of the conception "Internet Plus",online healthcare has gradually been developed and promoted. The online medical platform is different from the traditional face-to-face clinics and hospitals,it is an integrated community, which provides information, services, and resources from different regions and doctors.Patients using the platform can communicate with online doctors, get treatment advice and be free from the bothering of making reservation and longtime waiting. The development of online medical platform contributes to the resolution of the unbalanced supply and demand on medical resources and relieves the tension between doctors and patients, providing a new and useful exploration. However,as a newly develop way of new medical treatment, the online medical platform is presently still in the exploratory stage, and also facing many problems. On the one hand, information asymmetry exists between doctors and patients in the online medical platform Because doctors are from different regions, hospitals, patients are unable to get real face-to-face communication and remain unknown of doctors 'actual professional level and quality of service. Also,as the provider of medical services, doctors knows more about their service quantity and professional skills when compared to the patients. It is of great difficulty for the patients to choose the right service provider. Therefore, based on the perspective of doctors and patients, this essay studies the relationship between the consultation a doctor received and other affecting factors including objective variables like professional title, individual effort variables like contribution rate and feedback variables like the number of gifts and thanks letters a doctor received and his or her recommendation rate.Through literature analysis and empirical research with the data from online data mining, this essay shows that compared to the title of the doctor patients are more sensitive to hospital level;compared to recommendation rates and received letters of thanks and gifts, consultation numbers are less affected by contribution rate;Service prices play an intermediary role in consult numbers.
